I am sorry but I am unsatisfied from this store. I bought apple airpods in last August, 2020 and they are not working properly and when I come to this store with receipt, they say I should have to wait for 6weeks for repairing or go to direct apple store. I asked, until then what would I use for? They did not give +ve respond and If I bought from you guys then why are you sending me to apple store? I will not buy anything from you again. Customer dealing are very poor Thanks

Each time I go to this store the only person who gives people any attention is the security guard, and that's because he watches you like a hawk.

I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge the outstanding customer service that I received last night from Jose at the fountain gate store- He was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions with so much ease- He definitely should be recognised for amazing customer service- top job Jose!

Just bought fossil explorist q gen4 last week and it didn’t even turn on when I went home. I returned the watch today and they don’t even provided me with a new watch. Absolute waste of time and money.

Fantastic service from young Jack in there. They beat the Telstra shop by 25% on a Telstra deal. Not many times I've been treated with as much courtesy and care.

Came here after a poor experience at the home store in Narre Warren. I was treated 10x better here by great staff who helped me with everything I needed. Thanks guys A+ Customer service

Rude sales woman, questioned and objected to opening a keyboard package that I wanted to check the tactile feel of the keys before I bought it. Asked me why I wanted to look at it! Nearly lost the sale but she did open it in the end and looked stupid for her approach. All she had to say was buy it and if its not suitable return it for exchange or refund, would have got 5 Stars!

This is the worst shop every. I paid $200 for warranty for my laptop and they didn’t even do anything about it. Never buying anything from here again.

I did a warranty claim and talk about a convoluted system, I wouldn't recommend JB HiFi warranty to anyone. Customer service is poor through their processes, the staff were helpful and friendly. It took about 5 staff members to swap a pair of headphones

This place has anything and everything in consumer electronics. Honestly the prices are very competitive. Look, the staff working there are very attentive when serving customers, but what really puts this store down and is generally the consensus is these stores lack adequate numbers of staff on the sales floor. I've worked in a similar retailer previously in my career and the hardest challenge is having the correct balance of staff. But this really needs to be improved. Shout out to Chris at Fountain Gate, he helped my wife and I and although he did not have all the answers, he made sure it found out. Great service from him and good luck.

I reckon they need more staff on the floor. I always find it difficult to get someone to assist. Although once I get them they are very knowledgable.

Wanted to get the new xbox on boxing day. The store was extremely busy as expected. My highlight was the amazing service from Jose in the store. He was swarmed by customers because he was just so calm, kibd, not in a hurry, knowledgeable and mst of all genuinely cared. Jose was just amazing. Will definitely be coming back and will look for Jose for guidance. Best service we have received for some time. Amazing Jose. Thank you.
