If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and illiterate staff. I pre-ordered an iPhone and asked for a TAX INVOICE. None of the staff, including the manager would provide me with a tax invoice. They did not know how to generate a tax invoice. They also misspelled my name on the receipt, they fixed it only after I repeatedly told them to fix it. Took them 20 minutes to fix their own misspelling. I had to repeatedly ask them to create a tax invoice for me, which took a lot of back and forth because apparently they don’t create tax invoices? The staff made me wait one hour before deciding to create a manual tax invoice. They were told to add their ABN which then they asked for my ABN? For a tax invoice you need the sellers ABN not purchasers. The manager was certain that my ABN was needed and not his stores. Finally after the manager created the manual tax invoice he ripped the top of the invoice that had JB HI FI written on it. Throughout this ordeal the manager would keep disappearing. None of the staff apologised. The entire staff acted as if asking for a tax invoice is a foreign concept, something entirely unheard of. Very bad and unprofessional experience, there was utterly no point pre ordering anything from this store as they will make you wait twice as much to receive your order.

Worst experinence ever.wonder how do they treat customer.came to jb on sunday to purchase a sumsung phone was told by admin staff that she cannot ask other to grab it for me becz she dont work in sales.nd its disappointing that if u purchasing something under staff purchase cant ask the sales people.becz they have things to sale.nd worst sales people after pushing nagging about telco forceing my partner to change his connection for more than 30 mintes when he clearly said no.nd then i was told off by sale person srsly becz he have things to sales.after i told him 2 times that its staff purchase.or may be instead of trying to hear to the customer that what they want instead of forcing them to buy something they dont want just to reach their sales target.

One staff member was forcing us to spend $400 on a phone when we told him that we just need a cheap $200 one. He didn't want to hear what we were saying and kept on going about why we should spend more money.
We walked away from him to find another staff member who helped us with our needs.
The first staff person did not look happy that we seek help from someone else

Great store with an extensive variety of popular electrical goods and brands. I purchased a large variety of camera and social media equipment to service our trip around Australia at this store. Customer service in all departments is A+ considering the regular high volume of traffic. The lovely lady in the drone department was very professional and friendly she is an absolute asset.

Came in Friday for a click and collect was super stressed about not getting my order in time, however I got it earlier than I expected, shout out "Macca" who gave me an awesome experience and made everything easier and answered all my questions, really impressed with his service!

I have just received excellent customer service from Yaser when buying my new iPhone! His product knowledge was exceptional and was very helpful in explaining all the different options and features available to me. He provided sound advice about what might best fit my circumstances, and was especially helpful in setting me up with a phone plan and assisted in transferring me over from my relatively unknown provider. I have bought most of my technology from JB fountain-gate. I find the prices quite reasonable.
I do find the store at fountain-gate a little cramped and the aisles are too small. When the store is busy it can be difficult to get served by a sales assistant. When I am served, most of the time the service has been great.

Bery bad experience I had in here staff member CONNOR make the racism. I went here for buy MacBook and one of the member agree to give me a student discount 10% and next day Mr. Connor refuse to give me the discount. And I also buy from apple store and they give me a 10% discount without any questions. Really bad service

Supringly one of the more easier to navigate JB hifis that I've been to. Everything you're looking for is in view and well sorted. You'll know where everything is by being in there just once. Service is like every other jb.

Pretty poor service today from one of your staff. Tried to sell us 2 items at a higher price than you were advertising. When I told her they were advertised cheaper on your website (by showing her my phone) she just shrugged and said too bad I'm not giving you a discount. I found another staff member who helped me out with the right price. So I got what I wanted in the end, but i won't shop here again nor will I recommend you to others.

They have a great range of dvds especially animae and also having the super store out side complex gives them great variety. Also they have great prices and good specials

Excellent and friendly in-store staff and service, and naturally very good prices.

Sadly my experience yesterday was soured by an overly suspicious security guard (particularly given the obviously large total price which was clearly printed in bold on the receipt) whose explanation about making sure the goods were from that store frankly didn't make sense in context (particularly when one is virtually alone in the store at the very end of the day and as such has very obviously quickly come in and out direct from the store's counter). It also wasn't in keeping with why other security guards stop and check people and receipts upon leaving a store (be them other JB Hi-fi stores or other retailers). When entering the store minutes before I casually observed that this guard wasn't paying even the slightest bit of attention to large handbags and prams that could have easily held stolen goods in them, and yet was taking a while to carefully look at people's receipts while looking the male customers 'up and down'.
While I understand security people often operate somewhat seperately from the rest of a store's team it's important for management to realise that if a customer's experience with them makes the customer feel at all under suspicion merely for having clearly quickly purchased goods from that store (and then when asked as to why can't give an explanation that makes sense) it is a problem.
The Glen's JB Hi-Fi store's security team is an example of an excellent team that compliments the store's other staff very well as they are very polite, logical and yet effective in confront people (women and men) who actually stole things (something which I have observed from me a regular shopper of that store since it opened until I recently moved).

A nice place to purchase electronics, but when looking for some guidance to choose the right item, it is hard to find a shop attendant, and when you find one they seems to be in a hurry.

This store is fantastic. A very large store. The DVD range, especially the anime and TV series collection is massive. They have lots of vinyl, pops and electronics. If you can't find what you are after here then you don't need it lol. Their CD collection has diminished over the last few years but still pretty good.
