Great store where they are super helpful and friendly. Not like the plenty valley store where they are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Hence why I make the trip to this store instead, worth the extra 15min drive
I could spend all day looking at items at JB hi-fi any store but I personally enjoyed my visit to thomastown JB HI-FI as the staff were pleasantly Inviting and welcoming which made me feel comfortable in their store

Staff was friendly and help with a tablet cover as I'm not a apple freak but my ex's daughter ripped hers. Bit pricey apple for the ghetto's
Good place but getting customer service could be a challenge here. Product range is good with competitive prices. Having Harvey Norman next door definitely keep things exciting and competitive. Competition is good for customers.
Excellent customer service, these guys know there stuff! Talk to then about specials offered and what they entail. There's no pressure selling just real information and the prices are generally cheaper than the department stores. Will be back 11/10
I had a warranty return and they didn't have a replacement in stock. They ordered it, gave an accurate estimate of waiting time, texted me when it arrived and swapped out without fuss.
Typical JB. We like JB, it's currently one of the places to check when looking for electronics or white goods.
If you need help with products, this is one of the better jb hi fi to go to. The staff are very helpful and try and give the best advice they can on the products there. Whenever in doubt, ask for help - it will be worth the time and effort.
Went to go buy a 4K blu Ray movie, was told by staff that if wanted to buy it it’s full whack and if I’m sure I want to buy it?
leaving me feeling offended as if I cannot afford it and was told theirs no difference in the 4K version.

Great, huge JB. Staff are friendly enough, and one of them was willing to go the extra mile for me. You get to guess who it was.
It can be difficult to get assistance from staff members at JB hifi. Prices are pretty good but the customer service lets them down.
