Front counter staff very tech savy intelligent & helpful when making decisions on purchases.

Store staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way trying to locate the item I wanted. Far better service than a number of other JB Hi-Fi stores I have been to, they also seem to have a wider selection than other JB stores

My recent encounter with Emily at JB Hi-Fi left me deeply dissatisfied with the customer service. She displayed a lack of professionalism, was unhelpful, and came across as rude. Her attitude and demeanor throughout the interaction were disappointing, and I felt ignored as a customer. I hope JB Hi-Fi takes steps to improve their staff’s customer service skills to ensure a more positive shopping experience for future patrons.

Eddy's customer service yesterday was outstanding and took his time explaining the details of the products. Despite deadlines and short staffing, he was incredibly kind and patient. My husband was bewildered and he helped us a lot with product details.

Also the security guards at the entrance were friendly and smiling.

One of the staff members who served me at the counter was rude and unfriendly. She had blonde hair that was tied up and I believe her name was Emma. When I asked her a simple question, she would respond in an abrupt or condescending manner.
It was an uncomfortable experience and I expected more friendlier customer service.

I am delighted to write a glowing 5-star review about my experience at JB Hifi. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through their extensive range of products. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the staff also went the extra mile to ensure I had a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend JB Hifi to anyone in need of excellent customer service and quality products.

Enough staff in store all too busy chatting to offer any assistance. Just walked out instead.

I went in to buy a vacuum cleaner. I had pretty severe decision paralysis, but a lovely human named Lily helped me for quite a long time. Talked me through the options, made me feel comfortable, and helped me make a decision without being biased or impatient. Lily is amazing. If I could give her more stars I would. Thanks Lily!

Staff could be a little more helpful, I was looking for a product for 10 mins before someone came and asked if I wanted any help. I was one of three customers in the store at the time.

Amazing customer service, when I had an issue with warehouse delivery taking far to long the team at Thomastown were quick to resolve it and help me pick up and fit in the TV I ordered into my crazily small hatchback. Really appreciate the help! Thank you.

I was disappointed of their phone customer service on 1/3 2022. A male assistant answered my questions about tablets though, he sounded like he couldn’t be bothered, he didn’t even finish the conversation properly (like is there anything I can help?) the call finished literally in one minute and he hung up the call abruptly. It’s not professional!

Nice roomy store with all the ususal fare. Very helpful staff full of good info and even helped open up a bunch of prepaid cards to process. Couldn't ask for much more that that!

Came to this JB a few times recently for a laptop and a couple of phones. Can't seapk highly enough of the staff member who help me out on. Ith occasions, very knowledgeable anf more than will to pass that information onto customer, shows enjoyment in his work!
