Friendly stuff. Dropped by and tried my luck with a faulty product that I bought 3-4 months ago from online store without the original package. The stuff was extremely helpful and exchange the item without any problem. Thanks guys!

Not a typical JB store layout, however it's a nice change. Full of an abundance of stock. 2 for $20 Blu-rays for boxing day was great! Staff are awesome too.

Great staff and presentation, it's a shame the place is small. Had great advice on audio from the team and they really helped me out so would have been 5 stars with a more breathable floor plan.

Worst customer service from the supposed manager, all I wanted was a space grey mouse and for in hi to price match to what office works, Myers and David Jones has to offer. I think this was a little too much for the peanut sized brain this manager had. Will never return to this store if I could less stars I would.

I needed a micro memory card for a camera and jb hi-fi had exactly what I wanted. Helpful staff members too.

Steep prices, suspicious staff. Had less product lines then I expected. It was a 35 degree (celsius) day, and it wasn't much cooler (let alone refreshing) inside which made me want to spend as little time there as possible.

Great service, really friendly and happy to help you. It is a smaller-size JB store, so I’d advise checking that what you need is in stock before going in. I had to use public transport to get to another JB store as what I wanted was not there.

Nice, cozy store located in an old heritage type building. I got what I was looking for and that is the important thing. They usually have huge reserves of products. If you can't find anywhere else, call them and check here. You will be able to get it

Staff were very helpful and had good knowledge of the departments they were engaging customers in. I love the old architecture of the building - looking at the outside facade and, once you're in, looking up at the high ceiling is definitely a bonus of shopping at the Prahran store.

JB Hi Fi! It’s in a nice location in Chapel St, has a lot of tech stuff but I only got headphones, maybe I should’ve gotten something better

JB Hi-fi have freshed the layout of the store adding more light and ease of movement in a crowded retail space. The range is great and staff are friendly and helpful.

Good as usual, though going through some works at the moment and has a warehouse feel with stock covered in dust. I understand that work creates dust, and the age of the building would make it hard to contain.
Not an actual complaint, just a comment.

Reasonable store for home entertainment needs except no laybuys now.and for that reason I decided to lower the overall rating
