JB Hi-Fi Prahran

One of the workers was impatient with me.
Security guard at the front was very polite and kind.

Got looked after by Max today - really helpful and experienced team member who cared about his customers. 10 out of 10 for JB Hi-Fi Chapel Street and Max.

Disappointed with the Telstra advice I was given - it was incorrect and I should have gone directly to Telstra. The guy made me feel silly for asking questions and I was actually correct, I felt pressured to sign up to an account. Went direct to Telstra and they were able to undo fortunately. Will not return to this store

I always get looked after well. I'm disabled and I have always been treated with courtesy and a smile.
I chose a printer that I wanted but a staff member pointed out another that was discounted and it had all of the functions that I wanted.very happy.thankyou JB.

This is my second review in this store, the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Literally useless.

Super fast click and collect. Quite an expansive range. The shop looks tiny from the stree but really opens up to be a huge store inside. Great staff.

Just received the best customer service at JB Chapel St. Promptly changed over my broken Bose speaker. Nothing was too much trouble! Really appreciate the work you guys are doing with click/collect and exchanges during lockdown. Thank you!

The staff are intelligent tech nerds who really provide good advice.

I think internet sales are highly overrated. I like to talk to someone, see the product & be able to return easily.

I suspect jb hi fi is in a sweet spot. During lockdown you can call & get advice. Pick up & collect is easy. Each jb hi fi store is effectively a warehouse close to where you live.

Omg just only 4 steps and I asked the security guard where about the DVD located. He said just straight in tv hallways.and I said ok never mind. Because I got sore leg. And sadly he said to me can I check your bag. Omg I am not even walked far away from you Mr Guard!

Not very helpful at all - I felt the staff member was rather interested in asking non-relevant questions to satisfy his curiosity rather than helping me with a faulty product. When called the store this staff member did not even care to assist me in purchasing the same new product after asking him for it! Long story short… I asked if there is the same iPhone for sale as my current iPhone and his response was: Well if your faulty iPhone does get fixed etc.you won’t be able to return the new one - hmmm I for sure know that! What a horrible attitude-if I am not wrong-this staff member may be in a management role. This store is definitely to be avoided!

There is a reason there is such a high rating for this store in particular, I’ve had the pleasure to be taken care by ‘Steve’ who has been absolutely knowledgeable as he has been the go-to guy for me. The after sale service that has provided be after 2 years is something you can only dream for as a customer. If you are looking for a TV purchase, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of dealing with the team at JB Hi-Fi Prahran. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me and were just a really fantastic bunch with a great attitude. I can't say enough good things about the team in this store. Thanks again guys!

Dylan very helpful and patient while advising. Huge range of items. Selected TV was excellent choice. Will go back for other items as necessary.

Went there yesterday to get a new mobile, took a bit while waiting, but staff was really patients and kind, really nice and take me to get all the other sides I need, sorry forgot your name, but thank you, great customer service

Just watch out for the sales staff they're just interested in moving boxes only, have no idea how to add things on to make things work properly, I correct brackets, cables etc, etc
