JB Hi-Fi Prahran

Wasted half my day going back and forth after not receiving adequate information about a mouse I purchased. Useless staff. Train staff better to ensure customer gets the right product. Better still, do your own research online and buy from somewhere else.

Frustrating experience today. Arrived for contactless click and collect, followed all the prompts in the email I received only to sit around for 6-7mins. When I rang, was advised that I needed to go into the store to collect my order. The staff were lovely, but if you're going to move the click and collect goalposts you need to actually tell your customers.
(N. B. I ordered during lockdown and went to collect once restrictions had been eased)

Staff here have always been very helpful friendly, even when having to deal with difficult returns and refunds (thanks Dan).

I have shopped at this JB Store store a number of times over the last 6 months. I don't think I have ever been served by the same person twice yet SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT, VERY HELPFUL and PATIENT. Prices great as well. Welldone to JB Hifi Management and Staff - I will keep coming back.

Rude as hell. Asked for basic item.treated like a criminal everytime i enter this place. Yet clean record.ruined my day

Really friendly staff here. Popped in on an unplanned visit and forgot our face masks. The staff had a box at hand and offered us a mask to have and wear so we could enjoy a browse. Thanks guys and gals.

Despite their website virtue signalling their sustainability credentials regarding print cartridge recycling, it is not available at this store. Closest drop off for print cartridges bis Officeworks on Commercial Road

They took back in my electric scooter that did not properly and I bought a new one.great service

A little smaller then some of the other JBs, you will probably want to look online to double check they have what you are after. This one mostly does computers and music.

We've bought JBL Bluetooth earphones (JB Hi-Fi Prahran store) as a birthday present, it doesn't work now, we took it back but were told it was purchased just over a year ago (just 2 months over 1 year). Thus the warranty won't help. We were told that if we had bought extra cover for additional $100 at the time of purchase they would have been able to fix it. (I thought they were a retail business but not an insurance company). Their best offer was to offer us $10 discount if we were to purchase a different wireless headphones?

Although I only provide 4, or 5 star reviews (following the saying "if you got something nice to say, then say it, if not be quite").

This interaction from JB Hi-Fi (Prahran store) is not good enough from our 'consumer' point of view (but this review is left for your consideration).

Basically, make sure that you understand what you buy from JB Hi-Fi can last only for 12 months because after that rubbish bin awaits for the product we bought. And now we lost a very important product with great sentimental value)

It's ok, you can have to wait quite a while to get served. Some staff continue to keep walking past without even greeting you or trying to help. The click and collect was the best I have ever been served there. Hope it stays so efficient.

Shout-out to Rui for sorting me out real quick with my enquiry. Compared to most other jbs I have been to, it did NOT take 30 minutes just to get someone to help me and it's much appreciated.

A proper JB Hi Fi squeezed into a small space with parking a few streets away. They have an impressive selection of electrical & electronic goods including accessories and gadgets. Prices are fair, staff are super friendly and specials appear and disappear often. They held the last in stock laptop for me for 4 hours and beat the competitor's advertised price by $50. I couldn't have asked for more.

The JB Prahran store offered us the best pre-sale and after-sale customer service. Days ago we got our new iPhone which was found faulty due to Apple’s poor quality control on any products released in 2020. I took the iPhone back to store, thanks to Nuwan and another staff wearing red Apple logo shirt. They took carefully look into my iphone, helped me get exchanged nice and quick. They offered the best service that other JB store could have offered but never did. I will definitely visit this store if there are any future purchase with JB. I also recommend anyone who was not satisfied with the service from other JB stores to come and visit JB Prahran store.

Great jb store, different vibe to most which is better imo. Excellent service from Steve in the TV section.

Great range of products always at good prices though the specials and sales are obviously are worth looking for. The Praharan store has been reconfigured so means I am noticing things I missed previously. Check it out

The security is so rude and agressive (older man with moustache) he drives away customers and swears at them and once he checked my bag and realised i hadnt done anything he continued to be rude and never apologised.

It's a JB HiFi I can't complain too much, the store it's self has an awesome design. The had most things that a JB sells and good location.

Great service from the phone guys at the front of store. No pressure, had all the answers, priority was sorting out our requirements. Will always think phones and this team again. Signed up to a new phone plan. Thanks again.
