Sales team was excellent, dealt with Scott for my F-GT Lite Sim racing cockpit and monitor arm and he was fantastic. Will be going back again

Had a lovely last minute shopping date with my partner, and it wasn't until I could feel the hot breath of the security guard on my neck did I have any problems, the security guard was extremely rude and disrespectful, he treated my partner and I as if we were some young petty shoplifters, I was absolutely disgusted in how my partner and I where made to empty out all of our shoppings bags where all of our newly purchased items where scrutinised. Cannot beleive it. Was completely embarrassed and will not be returning to the store.

Been shopping at jbhifi since 2016 for my new phones every year, but 2020 is a horrible experience since the plandemic. Staff members acting like police, pranoid and suspecious. I bought the phone at the end but dont want to shop retail again.

Disgraceful service from Song "the store manager" at Nunawading. Thanks to this guy, we'll never be returning.

Purchased a Garmin Forerunner Music during lockdown and it was apparently faulty due to the battery only lasting 3-4 days. I did some research and it seemed like a few others had this issue, but others would get well over a week on a single change.
Upon returning it to JB Doncaster, they were really helpful and were happy to replace/return the item. I asked to swap it for another unit, but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. Offered to order one in from another store, OR I could go to Nunawading to pick it up myself.

I opted to go into the Nunawading store myself to swap it for the same unit. When we arrived there, the salesperson (Song) was immediately on the defensive, and challenged why we came to their store instead of going to Doncaster.
He told me that this wasn't the correct process and was very rude to both myself and my wife, talking over her and laughing at her when she was explaining what we were told at the other store. Upon telling him that he had a terrible attitude towards his customers and asking to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the store manager himself. Once again, he did this with a smirk on his face and a real bad attitude.
Song made both my wife and I feel like we were trying to "rip off him and the store", and we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
He said that smart watches aren't known for having long battery life, and even though I explained that the battery life is advertised as 7 days and others on the Garmin forums had experienced long battery life, he still claimed that "3-4 days was normal and another watch will not fix the battery life".
In the end he agreed to swap it for us, but made us sign something stating they would not accept another returned faulty unit if this replacement wasn't any better. I thought this was strange because Consumer rights would over-rule this piece of paper he got us to sign.

Turns out I have had this watch now for 2 months, and the watch averages 7-10 days battery life. The charge lasted 15 days, and it's safe to say that Song has no clue about what he's talking about, nor about how to speak to customers.

Disgraceful service!

I have a faulty headset. Took it to JB hifi nunawading, the cashier called a salesman. He opened it and said "it is working" in a helpless way and without testing it. I wasnt convinsed so i took it to Ringwood, the specialist was very helpful. He took it inside to try it and said it is woking but there were some wave intereference that affects the quality of hearing, which means it is faulty, so this guy swap me with another set with a big smile. I gave him 5 star but not nunawading branch, i will never recomend anyone to go there as they are all dry face.

Not sure if they’re quite busy or under staff but it’s always a challenge to look for someone to ask everytime I visit here.

One guy didn’t really help much when asked for assistance. But great help from Scott, he was able to secure what I wanted and called other stores for stock. Very friendly

Awful management. Over a month still waiting for an online return. The shop still didn’t send the receipt to refund my money.
Disappointed.
Tried to chase it from another store, they call the Nunawading store and said it’s all good and the money will be in the account in 3-4 days. Nothing happened.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM JB Hi-Fi.

Always seems very quiet but very helpful staff, they help when needed and leave you to browse comfortably when you don't.

I purchased a Polk soundbar and Sub Woofer from JB Hifi. The product did not meet my expectations, and I eventually swapped out for another product. I have to sayJB Hifi Nunawading staff and management were excellent in their business dealings. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair at all times and I will definitely return. Thanks

We shop regularly at JB Forest Hill and Nunawading. Most recently we purchased a TV from Nunwading and the customer service from Glen and his team was exceptional. Due to the Easter break there were a few miscommunications but they fixed everything and went above and beyond to the point where Tim personally delivered the TV to us. Nathan, Adam, Justin and Tim showed extreme patience and a genuine want to make things right. Thank-you for being so understanding and for going that extra mile!

Easy to access store, with everything easily laid out and accessible. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Even the security attendant offered to help point me in the right direction! The only thing this store doesn't have is vinyl.but I'm hoping that changes in the near future!

Really great services compare to the other stores I really enjoyed going shopping and their goods are more cheaper than the others. They also have like all stocks that the other doesn’t have. I just brought camera from JBHiFi and they are dope. I also brought Xbox from there and they are also very nice. Yes I recommend this place cause they have warranty and stuff like that yep I love it.

Great store, great prices it just depends on how busy they are or if you can get help.
I've been there when there are 5 people to help you straight away and I've been there when you have to wait ages for any assistance even if you know what you want to buy. I waited over an hour on boxing day when I already knew what I wanted!
