Walked in looking for smart watches, bit difficult to find. Lovely sales assistance came and helped me. Purchased item.
Went to buy a Bluetooth speaker. Staff was informative and helped me choose a suitable speaker for my need.
Never have stock, rarely negotiate on price, staff not attentive. I always end up buying at the Goodguys or Hervey Norman which are both next door. It's a shame as I really get great deals at the Chadston JB
Terrible service.went to purchase a coffee machine yesterday. Enquired about ex display machines on clearance table.spoke to sales guy that looked like he could not be less interested. I mentioned that brand new exactly same machine in boxes at HN were at less price with all accessories included.could he at least match price? Reply: “Nup ”. No problem left the store and purchased at HN. Won’t bother again!
Jbhifi staff are usually friendly bunch in most stores but a big shout out to Tom at Nunawading for a friendly & patient service. Appreciate the price match on the phone without a fuss. This will be my go to Jb store.
There is really not much to say regarding larger retail stores such as the above. JB Hi-Fi is much the same everywhere however while they have a large range of mobile phones they still so not have the model I specifically want and that is across all their stores.
This would mean I cannot get the price I would like.
Went to this store today. Was interested in buying more than just a headset but to be honest I left. The sales staff I encountered were not interested in selling anything. I asked about TVs and soundbars and the level of knowledge was half rate to say the leastorw to the point as a sales person he didn't seem to want to sell nor was he trained to ask questions.
Disappointing.
Very sad customer service. We are very disappointed. “Click and collect” order when it says available online and only when we went there “we’re busy sorry can’t help you”
100% not recommended.
Very cold-hearted people
Delivery service excellent. Purchased Hisense 75in TV & the young delivery young man was courteous, extremely careful with placing the TV in our room.
Went into the store this morning to buy a few things, and was served by a few different staff. They were all so helpful and nice. They even did a price match for me. Getting good customer service with a smile is fantastic. Awesome, and thank you.
Thank you to Alice, who was on the phone to 3 other stores to find the phone I wanted to purchase. I spent a total of 1 hr or so with her and she wouldn't give up.
During my time at the store, I did notice what seemed to be some slight racism towards Alice from two staff members.
A male co worker who worked at the store itself, and a woman on the phone from Greensborough. She had us on hold for 15mins without saying a word, she kept paging the call through and then became rude to Alice when she pointed this out and apparently couldn't understand what Alice had initially asked. The male co worker came up to my partner and I and made an unnecessary comment when Alice had walked off for a moment.
Plenty Valley, Greensborough and Chadstone Home were all HIGHLY disappointing with their phone assistance. They did not adjust their stock levels through the companies system (no stock or already on hold for a customer) and we were on hold for a long time with all of them. Alice made it very clear at the beginning of the call she was a staff member helping a customer.
From the experience of the the other stores, I most likely will not shop there going forward.
I will, however, come back to Alice.

I suppose most (all) JB HIFI stores offer the same product range, but where I think this store differentiates itself from others is the quality of service which is EXCELLENT.
I have had to return and exchange some dumb purchases (gifts or the wrong thing) and have never had an issue with this (always had the receipt). The counter staff and managers have been awesome. Always.

Great JB Hi-Fi. Staff are knowledgeable and security guard is friendly. Great selection of tech, tv's, games, cd's and dvd's.
Bad service and useless stock list, when I check online the product is on stock, but when I drive about 15km go to shop, the salesman tell there are no stock.useless stock list and waste my time
Service was outstanding. I rang and spoke to Ben on the phone he was quick efficient knowledgeable and made me feel confident in closing the sale. The pick up the product was do easy, very organised professional customer service. Very happy customer.

Good experience, fast and easy click and collect service. Parking was ample, especially in the underground lot and the staff were friendly and helpful with regards to my order. Would be great if hours were extended particularly during the week!
Just wanted to say what exceptional service I received the other day. I had about 4 staff members helping me with the same query. All of them made me feel like I was important even though I knew they were busy with other stuff. Thank you JBHIFI we love your store (s) and what exceptional service!
