Great in-store but the less flexible staff are noticeably incompetent in a rather understandable yet unrelatable manner

Sarah (with blue hair) was a very nice and friendly employee when she was servicing me at the counter today. She smiled at me when she said goodbye to me.

Customer service here is the best! Alice from the TV department was amazing and organised our TV with a price match that HN and GG wouldn’t. TV was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were great too! Thanks again

Ordered a macbook pro 14" on Black Friday.took well over a month to finally receive a call that I could pick it up.when I got it, some of the plastic packaging of the box was peeled off and one of the corners of the box was damaged, looked like it was dropped.payed 3k for horrendous service and wait time.never buying from here again. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

Customer service is helpful, parking is generally good; if you can't get a spot near the doors then you can underground by the elevator.
Stoxk variety is probably on par with neighbouring JB stores.

I would not come back to this store. My husband has a Telstra plan so they could have matched a price of an iPhone (Other store said they could but they don’t have any in stock). But because I am not on Telstra plan so my husband has to come over personally! Technically they are not doing anything wrong but due to the distance we decide not to come back. Business lost and maybe future ones too. Bye!

Always shop here and friendly staffs. Remember to ask about extended warranty and you never know it will save you a lot of money.

Disappointing service. Staff not very interested in aproaching me even though I waited holding the item I wished to purchase, an expensive radio but also interested in a new TV.
I walked out.

Thanks to JB-HIFI Nunawading, I was able to get a PS5. I absolutely love it. It’s a huge leap in technology since ps2 went to ps3. They were prompt to alert me when it would arrive and even gave me an estimated time. It was very accurate. Thanks guys, you made it easier for genuine gamers of having a chance to purchase straight from the retailers.

Perhaps move the centre enquiry desk phone so that the Chinese lady doesn't blast the store with her conversation.

Totally unsatisfactory experience to begin with. I though my experience was abysmal. Bought tv on Monday, told it would be delivered first thing Saturday. I can expect a call on Friday for my 2hr delivery window. No call received so I rang after 6pm Friday, I was told I’d get the call from the warehouse after 9pm when the truck is loaded. Astonished that the call would come after the store had closed so I wouldn’t be able to call. Plus any logical transporting is done to a plan so surely what goes in the truck would already be planned well in advance. No call received Friday night. No call received Saturday morning. I tried to ring at 9am (store opening time) on Saturday 30 July, to discuss. Phone is still on night mode (you’ve rang out of hours blah blah), what are the staff doing? Do they care? I continued calling for 1 1/2 hrs and it’s still on night mode, they don’t notice that the phones aren’t ringing?

After getting through and speaking to many people I found my tv had been left off the list. Thankfully one very helpful young lady realised the stuff up and did a lot of work, planning and direction to others she organised the delivery for later that same day.

My anxiety, stress and depression was through the roof with this whole experience but I must praise the intelligent shining light this young lady is.

I dont like to leave bad reviews.but i'm so frustrated and disappointed wtih my experience with this JB HI FI store that I will go out of my way to never purchase from JB HI FI again. I purchased a TV on Thursday night for click and collect, they called me to say its a really big tv and to make sure I had the right vehicle for pick up. I did not so then i whey wanted to organise delivery instead. Being an online purchase, i expected being able to organise delivery to be as easy as purchasing online, it was not. The only way I could organise delivery was if I went into store before 2pm friday so that I could organise delivery in person as they needed to see my licence. Seems like the most archaic process considering the world we live in. I suggested cancelling my order and re-purchasing if it was easier, they told me because I used gift cards it would take 5-10 business days for them to be re-issued for me to re-use. So at 8pm on Thursday night, i went to JBHIFI at nunawading because this was the only way i could get delivery for Saturday. (to explain why this is so annoying for me is that i was in the middle of getting kids to sleep- i have four of them under 8 so nights are full on) I get down there, organise my delivery for saturday, show my licence etc. Get a call Friday for someone saying, they are just booking a time for delivery for Monday.so then I say nope, organised for saturday, hes like i'll call you back.dont here back.call jb on saturday.after getting passed around to three different people who all have absolutely no idea about how to help, i finally get put through to a guy who can confirm that my delivery has been placed for pick up monday, delivery tuesday. Absolutely the worst service i've received, will 100% not buy from JB again on principle and will be sure to tell all my family and friends that live in blackburn south to avoid this store.

Good service by staff, although tend to wait a while. Friendly attitude by most that service you in-store. Mobile phone area always has great deals for port in customers (new to Telstra). Worth transferring your phone to someone short term and then transferring back after a number of months.
Plenty of DVDs, CDs to choose from for nostalgia or otherwise. Also has a Home section with coffee machines, appliances etc. Was very helpful during the PS5 ordering process and we got one very quickly through their process.

Rude staff who make you feel like you're an inconvenience. 30+ minutes waiting for service. They lost a $1000 sale from us because the guy was such a jerk.

Great range of products. I noticed an excellent isle for pets stuff. Very cool. The issue here and all jb's is the extortionate pricing. They really need to come back to Earth.if they were cheaper they would be very busy with sales as opposed to just window shoppers.

Pathetic customer service of all time. Just purchased iphone 13 pro max. Rude guy who sold me the phonee, wasnt any help at all. Rudest girl ever at the counter. No greetings no respect for customers. What a wastee of time coming to this store! Failure customer service at its best.

Pretty quiet during my visit, but was pretty chill and light to shop around. Product’s there are accurate to the website which is good.
