Absolutely loved it, special shout out to Emily who served us and was really kind enough to wait for us till our deal processed. It was already closing hours but she made sure that we leave with our new cellphone. Thanks again beautiful girl:)
It was a OK place but it wasn't very nice the atmosphere was the same as every job hi fi in western Melbourne same people everyday and nothing is right
Staff in sales are pushy on products and don't want to give their time up for certain questions. Would rather want ppl in for quick sales.
Assistant called another dept. (software) to help us. We were left standing for so long, we gave up waiting and told the assistant we were going to another store. They lost a sale.
Very knowledgeable staff!
They helped me decide which laptop would suit my work needs and they were friendly!
