JB Hi-Fi Melton

JB hi the worst services iv ever had. Melton West, told to wait next to video stand & someone will help me 20 min's no one! Came. So, I went online to get 2 movie's seeing no one in the store could help me. A nightmare & the delivery guy came put a card in the letterbox & drove off. Toll which is located in Port Melbourne & will be sent out again in 2 day's & hope he doesn't drive off again all because he won't knock on my door.
I bought a Stereo at JB three weeks ago and great service, maybe it's all about the money. Who wants to help someone over 2 movie's?

Big store with huge product range and very friendly staff more than happy to help you out. It's unfortunate that this store has also fallen victim to the gang smash & grab thieves and now has most of its Apple product locked out the back not on display: (

Would not walk in or shop at this location or deal with this company ever again as a local resident, must be doing well when they can turn business AWAY! Really filthy at treatment I didn't receive thanks but no thanks!

Great customer service. Zac at the games counter was amazing! I attended the day after Black Friday they were very busy but very attentive to their customers. I’ll definitely be calling here first when looking for something from any JB-Hifi

Maximum children related play game products available. Better service and arrangement.
Expecting much more different types of products expected.

Totally underhanded. Waited for more than half an hour for a printer and appreantly the only thing their staffs know is to page someone else who will never show up. Waste of time.

Wanted to purchase security cameras and ask a couple of simple questions. Was in the shop for at least 30mins (probably longer) never spoke to a single person about the products. We approached multiple people who were all busy with other customers and the person we need to speak to was "finishing up with someone". If you want your customers to wait as long as we were expected to today then I would suggest putting in a coffee machine and some seating. Worst JB I have been too.

One of my favourite stores to go to when I am in the need for some tech, games, headsets, etc. They have just about everything electronic and helpful staff. 110% would recommend this place.

Staff are extremely judgmental and rude, costs nothing to be a decent human, where has good customer service gone?

Really well stocked store. Staff friendly courteous and fast. Was in and out with what I wanted in no time

Great store helpful staff and all round stock most of what you are looking for. Good easy location to collect tv's etc and always happy to answer all your questions

Not so happy because i qas need an apple item and to far from any apple store then reverse to jb hifi but there is a surprise the same item sild by apple was double the price then at my complain? I let you guess

Just the same as always, not bad, nothing memorable though. Imho the place has gone backwards since they started selling white goods

Buy a new TV, get provided a bonus $90 coupon. Can't use it on Nintendo's eshop cards. So over this kind of rubbish from JB Hi-fi.

Large and busy JB with all the standard products and bargains. Sometimes difficult to get prompt salesperson assistance and I've seen more organised layouts in other JB stores.

Jb hi fi is just the best shop for all electronic needs. Love their little stickers that describe the item and staff are always friendly

My wife and I were given excellent attention today. I needed a decent phone cover for my new phone and the young lady was very accommodating with showing me quite a number of covers until I found exactly what I wanted.
