JB Hi-Fi Melton

Good service. I was directed to the right department given several choices to what I was after.
Then proceeded to checkout. Very simple and effective service.

Excellent service. Was after a paticular product so asked the sales women at the door and she gave me exact directions. I located what I wanted and note its normal price was 1/3 cheaper than other places i had looked but to make it better it was on sale Sales team was busy so the person from the door came down and served me at the counter so I was in and out in under 5 mins.

Very good and even referred me to the Burnside store since they didn't have the item in stock, only the one on the shelf.

Some good knowledge from the staff sadly the let down would be the stock held, very minimal camera stock very minimal drone stock very minimal phone stock

Trying to get anyone to help you here is just about impossible. That being said, when someone was finally able to help their help was very outstanding.

Claudia is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in with my daughter feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Claudia went above and beyond to assist us. We came out feeling very pleased with our purchase. Claudia is an asset to your Woodgrove Store

JB Hi-Fi has been one of my favourite chains for well over 25 years. While it is changing with the times, which is sad because I used to spend so much time there just browsing and discovering music, one thing has stayed the same, there are some staff very passionate about music and the technology in the store. Not all the staff but it is hard to get that anywhere. Focusing on the good ones, yesterday at Melton I was pleased to see that there was still some of these passionate staff that were great at what they do and with people.
I originally approached a staff member for some assistance as I wanted to return a product I had been having some issues with for the second time, who I found was the manager. He was helpful and found a staff member to take care of the issue without any issue and run through possible options for me since I didn't want to risk the same issue a third time. The product we decided on was out of stock at the branch and at a slightly higher value that the original purchase price but the young fella organised for it to be transferred and for the cost to balance meaning I wouldn't have to be out of pocket.
It doesn't take a lot to make service personal it often doesn't happen anymore. Thankyou JB Hi-Fi and the team at Melton

Range is good, restock fairly regularly, staff inside at the register are nice.
Security guard working 30/07/23 at the front was the rudest staff member I’ve encountered at any business… ever.
Showed my purchase and receipt, had the most sour look on his face the entire time, didn’t speak or confirm everything was in order, wouldn’t make eye contact… pathetic attitude, shouldn’t be working in any customer service role.

The customer service from the staff at JB Melton is amazing.l've never had an unpleasant experience whenever assisted. Today the crew went beyond with helping me to redeem an advertised promo - Thank you.

Love our local JB Hi fi store, you don't always get what is available on the JB website, but the store is inside the shopping centre, which is quite convenient.

Went to by a Garmin watch and the sales assistant went above and beyond to check through about 50 or 60 items until he found the one I was after. On top of that, they price matched from an online store. Really appreciated him going the extra mile and very happy with my new watch

My partner asked for a universal remote and was told they had none, I asked and got help buying one, pick up your service game guys

Not playing the race card but this store including most of the jb stores have weird employees they never come and talk to you and its clear that they are ignoring you, i been to melton store today as well looking for a dslr the guy was literally next to me but does not even want to offer any help and when i was about to ask he just walked away.
Not sure what you guys are up.

It's alright the customer service is pretty blant though you sort of have to hunt down the workers there to help you as you don't find anyone around so you have to keep going to the counter in most cases to ask them to send someone down which isn't great their stock is pretty good I'd say

Great place for latest technologies & gadgets.could have given 5 but 4 b'coz more customer service improvements required.

Staff busy chatting to each other but eventually noticed me hanging around, helpful once I got their attention, register staff helpful and friendly, wasn't busy first thing in the morning. Good variety of stock.i got what I needed at a reasonable price

I’m waiting in line and in front of me was a toddler throwing cds and video games on the floor and at people. One of the cds hit my leg and the toddler almost hit another person with a video game! The jb hi fi staff saw what the toddler was doing and didn’t ask the mum to control her kid! The jb fi hi staff even said to the kids mum that they would clean up his mess! Not only that, the child was stomping on the cds. The jb hi fi staff clearly didn’t seem to be concerned especially when the child was throwing things at people.

Love this place. They always try their best and treat you respectfully. Security on doors are friendly, lots of smiles.

Great people, very knowledgeable of produce awareness & availability. Keep up the great work guys. Well done
