51On two separate occasions I have dropped into this store to get a specific item I required. I found a display box for the item, have taken it to the counter and waited in line and then for someone to search for the item only to then, after waiting 10 minutes, to find the store was out of stock. If they were to put a note on the shelf I could have immediately jumped online and ordered the out of stock item but instead the store chooses to waste my time. What is the point of a local store if it’s less convenient and takes longer to supply items?
I live in Brunswick but I always need to go Melbourne Central Jb hi-fi. Because staffs are not so polite and I feel like they don't want to sell products. I wanted to get product on finance at Mlb Central Jb hifi but I had to bring more documents. Then go back home and get documents and went Brunswick Jb hifi but they said they cannot do this. Then I need to go back Mlb Central in high again. They welcomed me very polite and served me excellent. I would never come this jb hifi anymore.
The staff's availability & eagerness to talk to you is somehow inversely proportionate to your desire be helped. Not sure how they do it.
I went to JBHIFI on Monday 23 September hoping to pick up a Miele C3 vacuum cleaner I saw on special at JBHIFI Werribee for $369. Only to find that it was $499. The salesperson at Werribee told us originally it was $499 and on special now until sold for $369. We didn't buy it from Werribee because we didn't want to carry it with us while we were shopping. The salesperson checked for availability at Brunswick. There was 1 available. We decided to buy it from Brunswick but was disappointed to find out that the price was $499 not $369. We were told that it must be a store clearance item at Werribee. Or a managers marked down or we mistook it for another item on sale. I asked the salesperson to check with Werribee store. He did and told me he wasn't able to confirm that Miele C3 vacuum cleaner was on sale at Werribee. I rang Werribee myself and after waiting quite sometime to speak with someone I was told they couldn't confirm that Miele C3 was on sale or it may have been taken off sale overnight. I was disappointed to say the least with the poor customer service we received at both stores. We weren't believed.they made excuses and never accepted responsibility. I am sure if they wanted to they could quite easily found out the salesperson we spoke to at Werribee and they could have confirmed our story. Two Miele C3 boxes (red) with grey coloured vacuum cleaners in it were clearly marked with a sale sticker for $369. Yet mysteriously on the Monday they had gone back up to $499 and excuse after excuse. Poor customer that's all I have to say.own up and improve.
Came in today to buy a laptop bag/ cover.
3 groups of employees talking to each other - one girl I asked for help walked me to the laptops then walked off straight away.the second I asked for help was more interested in talking to the other employee about kick boxing.
All the staff there had no interest in talking to customers. I also noticed a woman have to wait for two other employees talking to stop about their Saturday night.
Just sad customer experience and not welcoming at all.
I'm new to the area and have been twice now for a vacuum, blender and new headphones. Lovely staff, they price match. Even security guard is nice. Well stocked store.
Excellent experience due to the knowledgeable and attentive sales assistant. Took all the stress out of buying a new phone and working out phone plans. Thank you very much.
Staff made me line up twice for buying one item. Took a long time all while being tortured by terrible loud music.
I was recommended to see National Geographic Stories: The Story Of Us and the story of God, with Actor Morgan Freeman. I could not find the two (2) DVD. However, staffs assisted immediately and found the DVD, I was looking for. The Security Officer also very helpful. Thank you all for your assistance much appreciated.
They are quick and staff are friendly. Their products are a little overpriced so its best to pricematch to competitors.
Super helpful staff. I went in because I'd been having troubles with my headphones. Sarah I think her name was was really helpful and gave me great advice. I ended up upgrading to the Bose Sound headphones which I'm super happy with! Spent a bit more haha but was definitely worth the investment. Thanks!
