Came here yesterday as was having issues trying to connect my iPad to TV with HDMI. Joe was very helpful, friendly & knowledgable. He recommended ‘Google Chromecast’ as a solution. Like he said it was so easy to install & is like having a brand new smart TV. Thank you very much Joe- fantastic customer service!

I just wanna say a big shout out to Lu! Lu helped me so much when I enquired about a new Samsung Flip phone. She showed me all the ways I could get a discount including trading in my old phone and switching to Telstra. She was so helpful with setting up my new phone and helping me grab all of the other appliances I needed for it. Incredibly knowledgeable, speedy and lovely! Thank you so much:)

Very friendly staff especially Adam he is a very nice guy to talk to great service and very easygoing the store is very clean all the time l recommend alot of people to come here all the time this is the very best jb hi fi store me and my wife like coming to all the time

Waited 15-20 minutes for someone to assist me as all the sales staff were flat out. Finally Ben came and apologised for the wait and then proceeded to give me great advice on product selection. Ben was friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks Ben.

Bit disappointed at what seemed a blatant attempt to upsell a product or perhaps just laziness. Asked for a tablet that was on display, was told by sales person that he had looked for stock out the back and couldn’t find it, and immediately tried to sell a diff one that was more expensive. I could see online that there was stock and went to register and asked for product which was located and purchased within a couple of minutes. Just not a good look.

Really poor experience with an apathetic and rude sales team member today. Appreciated the call back from management when I made a complaint though.

Served by Riley after a shocking experience at the Telstra store. Riley was patient, helpful and ended up providing me with an unreal service. Thanks Riley for making a terrible situation a good one. You're the employee everyone strives to have in their business.

Very rude verbal in phone call
Called up to enquire about placing order on waitlist, however, received a very rude response comparing to other JB hifi store. She just said no, I am not giving you any other info, that's it.very sad world for people with no manner nowadays.

First time coming here as I was smoking for a particular item that had sold out elsewhere. I initially called (prior to picking up the item), and the staff was very helpful and assisted in finding the item for me. They held it for me until I was able to pick it up, and it was a relatively easy transaction. Highly recommended

Staff not that helpful.also would not do price match for the same item from another physical store.said they didn't have stock.even though they did. Seemed like they could be bothered selling me an item I wanted.

Was told by a staff member that I could buy a TV at a particular discounted price but had to go to Essendon to get it. I wanted to buy it there and then and pick it up but because they were nearly closing, couldn’t. Which is fair, but, if I had been there 30 mins earlier, would have been given the tv at a discounted rate.

Next day I drove to Essendon and they wouldn’t honour the price I was given in Brunswick.
I then called Brunswick to confirm and was told they aren’t honouring the price. At this point I was pretty annoyed, sorry to the person I was on the phone to! That was my bad.

Drove back to Brunswick to find the person who confirmed the day before that the tv was at the price they had given me. When I found them they reneged on the offer.

So that was half a day driving around in the heat on a wild goose chase. So frustrating!
Again sorry to that person on the phone - you didn’t deserve that.

I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful here. Good selection of movies. I like how they have made a 'cult movie' section, in addition to separate horror, classic and world movies ones. Haven't seen an example of this at any of the other stores that I can remember anyway. They could expand a bit more on the world movies, however, as it is a bit sparse. But overall a good store.

Very poor service, very poor attention to detail and not customer centric at all. Staff couldn't look more unenthusiastic if they tried. Spoke to the manager who only confirmed my comments above. If management are apathetic, this only filters to all the staff. I suggest a new manager is required who gets the basics of retail and customer service. Brunswick jb hifi is a very poor customer experience.

Staff very helpful Sarah was our staff member and she made our purchase easy. She explained everything we asked plus extras. Definately congratulations to Sarah top employee.

Great to be able to walk in a store again, and great to see them checking all people going in too! Great service this time around.

Requested for a mobile plan during lockdown and received they call by next day, get it done straight away. Come back today for iwatch 7, a team member helps me to preorder! 10/10 Great service friendly staff!
