Service assistant answered 7 calls while serving me I asked for him to look up my receipt in the system he did nothing for 5 min while I was standing right in front of him he then asked his colleague how to look up a receipt his colleague just took over theres essentially 3 people that work there that have any technical knowledge at all

I’ve bought all my electronics from JB HiFi.
Would just like to point out the exceptional device and knowledge from Riley in the television department. The guy know his stuff and is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Change of mind of a product become a sin at this store.

Jb hifi is my favourite store but sadly I was
humiliated twice with my family, especially infornt of my 2yo.
Reason? We are shopping for a TV for our new home and we were not able to select the right one.
We bought a Tv then we found it a bigger one on Jb hifi online, we instantly ordered it and it got delivered.
So we wanted to return the instore one which is not even delivered yet.
Not a big deal. This guy, probably their manager called Ben, He served us last time where he argued with us because we saw a price online and he wasn't agreeing to price match.
We ignored it and moved on.
But today, on our 2nd visit, manager pin pointed at us as soon as he saw us. He literally pointed fingers at me, my 2yo and wife and said you, you and you.
And while we were processing the refund, U asked his opinion about the new Tv we bought that is it any good?
He rudely declined and started saying yoy have already returned several times etc and I cant help you.
Is change of mind a sin?
I still feel something in my belly from stress and we are all disturbed.
I will be making a call to relevant department, they can see CCTV and check his body language.

Great service, bought a scotter and awaiting for a complimentary back pack received my complimentary seat for my scotter staff are very helpful always great service when ever I shop in this store.

Bit expensive overall but then you do get quality goods here. I suppose you pay for good quality. Has some periodic bargains though.

The staffs are very friendly (and hippie?). The girl, Lu is very helpful with getting my iPhone 12 and AirPods. (Love her colourful hair too!)

Very disappointed with the state of my online order. Purchased a Nintendo switch lite, 2 games and a protection kit for my son's birthday. When I opened the parcel one of the games was already opened. The protection kit box torn open very badly. Not what you expect when you purchase something to that expense. And definitely not happy to give my son items that are already open for his birthday.

I left my phone charger at home in the country, so I went to JB HiFi Barkly Square in Brunswick. Old phone. I wondered if I'd be able to find something. The staff were very helpful, and supportive. Very quickly I had the equipment I needed. And thanks to the young man who served me, I've been able to use my phone again whilst in the Big Smoke! Thank you so much JB HiFi.

Small branch but has mostly what you'd expect - stocks are just low all the time tho, so be ready to be told to go to another store for what you want.

JB HI-FI is truly an amazing store and my go to place when I feel a profound need to stock up on my ever growing collection of DVDs. The store is laced with a vast array of eclectic and amazing products to satisfy any customers consumer needs, added to this the staff are devoid of any form of presumtousness or pomposity but rather are so accommodating and friendly and whom are not averse in going out of their way to ensure that the customer is assisted with a high level of palpable proficiency and superlative skills. It becomes apparent when entering this store that the staff here are extremely passionate about what they do and always approach their respective obligations as employees with a high level of diligence and a profound level of formidable skills. Aesthetically the shop is enveloped by sheer opulence which in essence not only is it conducive in intensifying an already amazing shopping experience but also optimises it. In the interest of truth and veracity, I truly believe that JB HI-FI Brunswick habitually gives a 5 star service and i have no hesitation in vehemently encouraging anyone in their next shopping venture to try this amazing and formidable shop, you will not be disappointed, simply put they are one of the best shops around period.

Great unbiased advice from Aiden on a new camera. I had to get one for making videos at work. Not really knowing what I needed, he took me through the cameras in my prices range and gave me the pros and cons. I then went away and read some product reviews which confirmed his recommendations, I then returned and bought it. He had great knowledge, delivered professional and friendly service and really helped me out.

Card system was down. Whilst waiting for assistance, one customer was ignored by staff (she was pretty much yelling for help). At the counter I saw one teller being rude to another customer and my own experience with staff wasn't amazing either.

The staff member with the long hair though who helped me put on the floor, shout out to him, he was awesome. This review isn't about you buddy, your work mates just suck at customer service.

I stopped by to ask about laptop options and Riley sorted me out with a full set up that matched all my requirements, including a dock, in 20 minutes. His knowledge of their products and his attention to my needs made the whole process quick and delightful. Thanks, Riley!

Favourite JB Hi-Fi store. Always well stocked with very helpful staff. Not crazy busy either so it's always easy to find a staff member.

So lucky to have a JB HiFi in Barkly Square Shopping Centre. What a great retail outlet. Wish I could extend the same compliments to thosr theives at Lincraft.

Good for browsing however if you want to ask a question or get assistance with a product then forget about it. You may as well be invisible. Oddly on quiet days they are falling over themselves to say hi to you. Don't waste your time or money here.
