Great place great service very helpful staff cant rate highly enough.
Davall in IT was very helpful put onto a great deal with internet will go back again when my phone plan finishs to get another great deal.

One of my friend bought a present for me (boss sport free earbud) asking whether it can be exchange it if i wish to exchange, they told my friend that they have 90 days return policy and would be happy to exchange or refund.
When i went to store and talk with one of the staff that I wanted to exchange it with headphone of similar price but i was denied and responded rudely giving an example of second hand underwear and some hygiene concerns, i was totally shocked when a staff compared under garment with technology? Is that the post sales customer service & a policy of JB HiFi?
Even i request store manager, she had nothing much to say on top of the same example given by a staff

Very Bad experience!

I don't go JB Hİ-Fİ I get allergic reaction must be the sales people irritate me in the pass best one I ever went to was Traralgon.

Staff was very good but security guard was very very rude, I slipped from mat and cut my hand, when I asked to security guard to remove the mat he said I can't do this i stand on this.

The register people were fine, but the security guard was insanely rude, on the 11/3/19 at 2: 00pm i went into the store to buy a dvd but and was heckled by the guard, i couldn't believe it, the one person you would least expect to act immature was saying slurs to my seld and fiance which made us both uncomfortable and wanting to leave.

The salesperson we met in the store did not have the sufficient knowledge of the product we are seeking information for. We went to a nearby store and bought the product there.

It was very quiet so I was able to get served straight away and the staff member know exactly what I was after

Old mate with the ear spacers in the tech section wasn't interested in making a sale. So I spent $1,200 at the GG instead.

Got good assistance as to what I required. Knowledable and friendly service all round. Got what I wanted at a good price.

Good range, prices and service in general. However their 10m HDMI cable was well overpriced and much cheaper at Jaycar.

Always a great place to shop when looking for an electronic deal, as well as deals on DVD's and CD's.

So many things that I like to have but don't have the money, wish Jbhifi would put the price down.

I went to jb to buy a Garmin g.p. S but i did not get the help i needed so i went to Harvie Norman and i end up buying one at better price and better service

Good prices.they have almalgermated with the Good Guys so check their prices before purchasing from either stores.

It's a pretty good store to buy electronics but I went there to for buying a music cassette for someone as a gift but I wasn't able to find the artist that I was searching for the lady there was really helpful in finding me the the music I was looking for but unfortunately we weren't able to find what we needed anyways the store staff was very helpful and if you want anything related to electronics this is a good option

It really depends on the sales staff you get at JB. The fellow I had today was brilliant, polite, listened and helped. Last week not so much, so I'm glad I came back and dealt with someone else for my return and new purchases.

Reasonable prices but I don't like the diversification. JB used to be a store which specialised in Audio Visual products, but now they sell vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, washing machines etc. The staff can't possibly have deep knowledge of all the products because there are far too many. Store feels too crowded with irrelevant merchandise.

Rude and Racist Staff. I could feel the difference in the first instance. I wasn't there for any window-shopping. I was in urgent need of a Surface Pro Tablet for my kid. I suppose the work stress makes them so or may be they are just like that. Really sad state.
