Perfect place to shop as my sons are into there games an computers we are there alot the staff are great if you need a hand to find something or you have a problem with yr TV or phone or watch they lead you in the right direction so jb hifi is a great place to shop in broadmeadows Central.

I came to broady jb just because the service is so good. Few days prior I was in jb in a newer store waited 25 mins and over asked for help no one could be bothered 4 people behind the counter playing games. Special thanks Claudia from broady jb she’s great

I visited this branch as I was recommended this JB by a friend of my husband's girlfriend (before I realised they were having an affair) because my husband had expressed his desire to set up a camera in the bedroom on a tripod while we were sleeping.weird i know but i was desperate tp save our marriage so I complied and we visited JB and the sales assistant was a lovely young man who unfortunately had.his fly undone but he ewas very professional about our desires and assisted us in choosing the perfect product.thank you Tim.

Great to see a store that has all products in stock. JB Hi-Fi Broadmeadows was definitely a good place to buy technology, as you were given so many choices. My personal outcomes from buying items here were all positive. I have not had any problematic products from this fine establishment. It had definitely kept its financial focus on the quantity of the stock, in order to have the ability to provide devices for anyone who enters the premice. The warehouse design made it more breathtaking to be in, and the value of the products were, in my opinion, acceptable in every way.

I went in today to get a micro usb adaptor. The girl, she had blond hair and looked very bimbo type, Australian for sure, was very rude. I went in for a usb for my phone and computer. The girl did not help me just handed me any usb hoping I would work it out for myself. Eventuallly another store person was willing to help me and I checked my phone would charge with that usb. I think that if the staff feel unsafe and think they will get the plague then they should just stay at home. Also, the staff should be more patient when a customer does not understand the product and they should take the time to explain it. A very bad experience and I will not got there again.

Superb outstanding electronic shopping store. Excellent customer friendly staff to help the customers all round the clock. Easily accessible for travellers from different parts of the city. Latest electronic items and products available for sale. Located inside the beautiful Broadmeadows central which is an absolute classic.

It's not that I didn't like the place or staff that were serving me, I found the pies a bit underwhelming! That's the reason I went there to begin with, as there isn't many pie face outlets around anymore. To me you expect I little extra from there pies, and I thought they lacked in flavour from last time that I'd had one. I can't say that I'd return to this outlet again but hopefully next time will be better.

I haven't been to JB Hi-Fi for many years to buy CDs and this day I did I spend a little bit over $170 I spent my hours in there looking for CDs and I wanted.

Had trouble once with regretful for my memory (staff) who called a seccuritt guy on me for no reason, this security guy who seemed like he was responsible for a bunch of brothers he had deaths.it was a criminal day. Never saw him again, but I don't go back there for my stuff anymore. 5 stars for JB like Brunswick.

The 2 Indian workers at the phones are very friendly. Thank you for making my phone purchase experience a wonderful one. The lads at south morang can learn a thing or two from you. Well done!

Wasnt much staff around on the weekend when i went.but they were friendly and helpful.plus have one of the biggest range of cd and dvds around.

There is one of the staff she didn't answer our question and look for us loathing l hope to be better with customers next time

All the staff here is very friendly and helpful especially the store manager. She's great and doesn't hesitate going extra mile to help you out.

Disliked this place because it said it had a phone in stock but then after driving 1 hour to get there, there was no phone. Complete waste of time.

Did not like it. Very poor service. I was looking for a case for my iPad pro of my own, then this idiot came who was outright condescending. I decided to leave without buying anything.

Collected a laptop from here in the morning and it was very simple and easy. The store has a simple and clean layout, staff were friendly as well.

Looked for the online advertised micoSD cards.covered by other other items. Eventually located ok. 64gb EVO s for $19¡! Bargain

Regular JB stock but NO service. I went in intending to buy a relatively expensive item, but couldn't find a sales assistant at all. Walked out after security guy also couldn't find an assistant.

I have been MISGUIDED by the store staff person. I have bought my iPhone xr from here and specially told them I’ll take this phone overseas and going to claim for GST at airport. They given me receipt without my name printed on it. When I approached for the claim of GST at airport and I have been informed they aren’t able to give me GST because it’s a rule if item is above 1000$ receipt should have a purchaser name on it. So I didn’t get the GST due to there mistake.
