The place is alright and the staff is great. Unfortunately many items are not available since they lack a proper warehouse apparently but they should have pretty much everything you expect from a JB Hi-Fi

They can help you find what you need and answer any questions you have. The store has a wide range of products and always has the stock what I was after. The location is easy to find and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. You will feel welcome and comfortable in this store.

I bought a TV around 9 months ago and I had a 3 year warranty but they claimed that it was physical damage even though it clearly was not and they did not even come to my house to check the tv. It is a terrible customer service and they do not care about their customers. I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with this store, I recommend that no one buys from here.

I purchased a TV around 9 months ago. It recently randomly showed black spots seeping around the screen. We came to the store as we have a 3 year warranty. They sent us back and we were told to contact TCL instead as it is their responsibility. We were told that it was physical damage through the photos that we had sent even though that was not true. But no face-to-face inspection was done. I would not recommend this store as they blame it on the costumers and couldn’t care less about the costumer’s needs. Really disappointed!

Mark is friendly, he knows all the necessary stuff about computers and thanks to him I bought my self a great gaming laptop with a great price, plus one year free virus software, again thanks to him

Manager seems like a good guy but the click and collect a diffrent story and the way one of them was acting today no wonder why hes keeping his mask on, its absolutely true the staff can sometimes be exactly like the area.
Mr click and collect just a gentle reminder you are not the Australian border force take it easy sis.

Called up to enquire about a wireless Bluetooth speaker today and was helped with a purchase by a Lady named Claudia, in time's like this where everyone is a little down it was wonderful to be able to deal with such a lovely and helpful sale's person.

My local JB and has always felt that way when I've been there, some of the staff have been there as long as I can remember, and have always been amazing, very friendly, and more than helpful.

Poor customer service! Have visited to purchase computer accessories. Waited around the computer section for a while and none of the staff did not want to come and ask anything!

Same as always. When you need staff assistance, no one is around. When you're just browsing, 2-3 staff members will ask you if you need anything.

They convinced me the computer I needed was good enough, it has struggled to do anything that I required it to do, just over a year on and it was the biggest regret. It crashes, screen goes black and now the screen goes blue while trying to render. I told them I needed a gaming computer.this can not play games. Now I have to find more money to get the right computer. Not good enough for people who are supposed to be helpful.

Most of the shops are short in stock perhaps because of covid 19. Call before you go or check online.

As JB and a JB could be. Bought a drone there however and the staff member assisting me didn’t have a clue about drones despite trying to tell me about them.
