Great selection at a fair price. Only negative is you can't swing a cat in there with all the customers.

Nice store. Staff are attentive and friendly which was great. Would be good to see more Chromebook products supported.

You can spend hours in this store. Very diverse offerings and collections of everything, especially vinyl records.

What a team! I called this morning to follow up on an order and every one I spoke to one the phone was extremely helpful.

Great service in purchasing vac cleaner [Dyson] salesperson knowledgeable and helpful. Lost one star for the extremely loud music played instore, I kept having to ask the sales person to repeat what he was saying. HINT: Turn down the music!

If you are going to offer a range of small electrical items then please have some staff in that area. No staff, no sales.

Very rude customer service from the guy with the glasses selling televisions that doesn't know how to talk to customers. Wont be buying from JB Hifi anymore

Always a good place to visit to check out new home theater. Staff are always friendly if you are as well.

Nothing much in the shop. Not well organized. They need to do lot of work to make it look like other big electronic shops out there in US and UK.

I researched the item, they had it on special, I rang them & they held it for me & I went in & purchased it.

All the JB Hi-Fi stores in Melbourne just seem kind of dirty run down and awful looking what's with the yellow plastic anyway? ITunes is probably a good option until you need to buy a TV in which case it's better than Harvey Norman

Good service from friendly staff, and a really decent product range in store. Annoying that they close at 6pm most nights because they're inside the DFO centre.

Great selection. This store is for your entire home, from all manner of entertainment choices to household appliances.

I have bought most of my gadgets from here. The store owner Naz is very helpful in nature.
I got to know that they have 3 strike policy which says if your item is went for repair but didn't come fixed properly, they will help sending it again upto 3 time. If it is not fixed even after 3rd time, they'll give you a new piece.

A good branch.can grab anything from there.the crew is really cooperative and they know the things really well.confused about anything or which stuff just ask them and they will be hapoy to help ya all out!

Loved it! They have the best collection and mostly the best prices. I still think, you'll find online prices cheaper. But worthy to buy from them for good warranty terms.

The store at South Wharf is very good. Service was good. Collection is better than some of the other JB HIFI stores.

Nice store tucked away on the first floor of a docklands shopping centre. Lots of other retail shops around, including shoes and clothes.
