JB Hi-Fi

Team member Louis was super helpful today on the phones, very knowledgeable and professional. This is not my closest store but certainly my favourite, the team at this location is always on the ball, well done guys keep it up.

Fails to mention no parking available, minimum of $6 fee for parking to pickup from this shop, and that's if you get in and out fast enough.

Went to JBHifi to buy a PS5 which is great. I got suggested a game called Sackboy in the shop by one of the staff who was raving about it and it was a really bad game. Repetitive and and a kids game with no progression and it was like watching nickelodeon again on a game. Called the shop and they said they could offer $35 store credit to trade it in and I paid $89 for it. Pretty disappointed after spending $1100 dollars with them and they had no solution for me.

Been there before but not upstairs or downstairs just level 1. Explored everything today. Can't wait to go back.

I had the WORST customer experience today whilst attempting to pick up my online order via the click and collect at South Wharf DFO - both the guy who had my order ready to give me and his manager lacked compassion, were rude and spoke under their breathe about me when I walked away - I will NEVER shop with these guys again. Thank god there are other companies that offer the same products I can shop with in the future.

Great customer service from Alastair from the Store room! Alastair was polite and prompt with the tracking of the driver of my delivery. Great customer service.

I needed a tablet/Laptop. I had a long wish list and they did everything possible to meet my needs; went above and beyond. Fantastic team.

I know most of the stuff can be found online with much lower price but this place always have great stuff with reasonable prices. I love their order from their website and collect it fron the store. Also, staff are always friendly and helpful. I hope JB Hi-Fi survive the online shopping war.

Good service from salesman when I found him. I purchased a Samsung S21+ & 1 accessories, got home to give my son his birthday present & the damn cashier hadn't put it in the bag. I had to go back and get it!

Usually never review this kind of place because JB is same everywhere but I just wanna thanks the guy who made this, he/she made me smiled, she/he knows about video games

Everything you'd expect to find at JB. The go to place for the better majority of your electronic needs. Worth mentioning, the staff at this shop are very friendly and parking is easy.

I have to say that this is definitely my all-time favorite JB HiFi store. Perfect location, everything you'd expect in such a store plus more, and the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Went in there on Saturday looking at buying a coffee machine and boy they have the full range and accessories to boot. DFO parking is convenient and one tip on this, pre-purchase online and get a discount.

It's a decent store size wise and all but I've been there twice and the people on the floor haven't been very helpful and it feels like they only want to serve you to earn their comms rather than service first in order to earn your comms.

JB HiFi South Wharf is unresponsible and unreliable retail store.
I will not recommend to buy any valuable items from them, because if anything happens with the item, they will not take any action, not replace, not refund, even if the item comes with warranty.
I lodged an official complaint on the website, but after one week there still no response.
Do not rely on the JB HiFi.

Asked for discount but didnt get any. Checked at different store which offered me discount but already bought from the store so could not buy at different. Check other store before u buy.

I hate that the check out is at the back of the shop.
Luckily for them my son tolerates this so I got him to take my few items to the place you pay. Otherwise I would buy elsewhere.

Bought a bunch of gadgets from here all are good brands and variety of products available. Parts are also available for most of the products. All the network branches of JB Hi-Fi is excellent.

Super friendly staff, every question I have ever asked has been answered promptly and with great knowledge. I even had to get a laptop repaired once due to a fault and they walked me through the whole process patiently and thoughtful. Probably my favourite store in the DFO in terms of service

This is one of the few JB's where it is easy to get service. You don't ever have to wait long to get help.
