JB Hi-Fi

In general, I like JB Hi-Fi, and I like their service. This one in particular is an exception. I can to buy a TV, asked for help twice, and waited 20 minutes without anyone attending even though the store wasn’t too busy. Looks like they’re just badly organised. So I left without buying the TV.

The customer service at JB hi-fi was so good that I went and bought shares in it when I got home. They went out of their way to help me from the Melbourne Central store to the South wharf store (I needed a particular drone in a hurry).

Waited 25 minutes for assistance with buying a new tv and soundbar. Had to walk out and will be buying elsewhere.

Wide range, good specials. Customer service is a bit lacking.

Got what I wanted with doing some research before hand.

The staff’s attitude is extremely unkind. They don’t care what you need and think. Just told you that’s you have to. I highly recommended you go to the store on Elizabeth St or Swanston St. It’s kind of waste of time to come to this store.

JB Hi-Fi is always my go to store. I needed a solution to a couple of electronic challenges I had. The staff here, helped me, and made sure I was looked after, it took a while. Very happy with my purchases, and the time they spent helping me.

Terrible, think I had about 5 staff members walk by and not one offer assistance as I was obviously trying to figure out which phone car mount would be the best for my phone

Been there several times, staffs are helpful when I was asking about the Samsung Phone and LG Velvet, he did a comparison between these 2 phones. Great customer service.

My favourite place in DFO. Most of the time you will find some or the other things on discount. Competitive price. Best customer service.

Disappointing home store that didn’t have any of the items that the Elizabeth street store staff referred me to. Was looking for portable projector, mobile phone holder for my bike, potentially getting a tv.

Store was sad and most the staff weren’t helpful. No one was really interested in selling when asked. Not worth detouring out of the city for.

Its is because of the staff behaviour. #blue hair lady, she might have experience in store but poor in manner. Need to learn how to deal and talk with customer.

Often shop here for electronics. Always able to negotiate a good price and the few times I've had to return items under warranty it's been hassle free.

They delivered a wash machine, then after waiting 2 weeks! The machine is not working! The brought a new one, and still has a loud voice!

They gave me the wrong charger for MacBook. I called them, the manager told me came and you will get your money back with a free charger as a compensation. When i came, he said i will give you money back! And pay for the charger which is more expensive than the wrong one!

Bad service!

This is good place to buy branded products in fair prices. Some stores will have sales and go for it. That is pretty much worth.

Purchased a Ninja Blender system that began to fail after 1 week of use. I called the store and spoke to the manager Chris. Without hesitation he said to bring back what was faulty and he would swap it. He didn't say it had to be checked or make any excuses to get out of an exchange. He asked me what was wrong and took me at my word. He replaced the items, reset the warranty and apologised for the inconvenience. Perfect service.

This JB Hi-Fi is located on the level 1 of DFO South Wharf. It is a big shop with all the electronics you would want under one roof. Staff was helpful and answered all my questions patiently. The shop was fairly crowded even over the holidays. I was looking for wireless earphones and found quiet a lot of options to choose from.

I had bought a phone dash mount of cygnette and it broke off in first installation itself. It was replaced with no questions. I had also purchased surface Pro in 2016 and after all online research, it was least price deal with double warranty period from jb hifi. Extremely satisfied with jb hifi.

Store contains n number of products and options. On raising a price difference, it was heard, accepted and welcome. Was happy to make a purchase.
