54I pre-ordered online, paid by credit card and showed up with a driver's license after they sent me a text saying the product was ready for pick up.walked in walked out, was fast and awesome.better than expected.
Amazing range of products. Awesome prices, so easy to lose track of time Great for DVDs, BluRay and MP3 players.
Unhelpful/rude customer service. Didn’t include name and address of receipt over $1000. Tried to get invoice a few months later and they refused. Boycotting JB.
No doubt excellent range of goods but staff, in my experience, only have time for you if they sense you're about to spend wads of ca$h
Always good to go in & browse the bigger stores! Staff pretty knowledgeable. But tend to stock the higher selling major brands! Interesting they are now being into more home automation stuff

I am very disappointed with JB, four months ago I bought an oppo phone which bend itself without any accident, I went to the store to claim but the manager did not want to attend my claim and told me that if I wanted to see the technical service had to pay $ 200 or is almost the value of the phone, as a customer I feel very angry that they don't want to respond to us for a product that does not work I think this is not fair
Sorry guys. Waited far too long to be answered on the phone. Passed around multiple depts to answer a simple question. No one had a clue about basis CS skills unfortunately.
Great store. Super easy to get to from the tram stop. So many products! It's easy to spend too long looking at things. Staff are plentiful, and often asking if you need assistance which is very helpful to learn more about what a particular product can do. Lots of good deals on prices too, even on new release games. Checkout staff also helped me with a special gift receipt when I mentioned that I was purchasing a present.
Decent range of electronic goods in stock, in-store. Helpful staff and prices aren't outrageous either.
One of my fav shoppoing haunts.unfortunately today what they had advertised on special was out of stock. But fortunately still available on line. Tho i found this out myself. The customer service guy shoukd have told me.
Product purchased is Good! (Just a week passed). Staff was not friendly. Was interacting with me as if I'm not a worthy customer.
P. S: purchased JBL Endeavour Run headphone.
It has games the laptops fitbits used games and much more I al2ays have a great experience there so go to jbhifi
