Good JB Hi -Fi store. Well set out. Helpful and not intrusive staff. Great poition in the City.

Great shop, ample of stock, and unlike the Northland store, the staff in the city are pleasant and friendly. But most importantly, they're not condescending little snobby uni age girls.

Its just amazing place for your electronics purchase.

I will like to appreciate that their return process in Victoria is so quick. I need to return my faulty headphone and submitted online form. I received a call and then just went to store nearby and returned at pickup location. Its easy process they sent all the details.

Always great service at the Bourke St store. Been shopping there for around five years now. The manufacturer warranty/replacement policy on headphones etc is fantastic. JB-HiFi offers replacement or refund on the spot - which is both fair and logical. Thanks again

Nice, large electronics store. Good selection of various equipment, particularly, there is a wide range of headphones there. But in their place I would have ditched the DVD/BlueRay sections, it's so old-fashioned.

My go-to JB HI-FI.
Compare to other stores, it usually has the most stock, so if you have things that are not available elsewhere, this is usually the place to go.
Staff friendliness is mixed. Some are really lovely but some find it difficult dealing with stress. However, it's not a huge problem when you know what you are looking for.

Because this store is underground internet connection is bad and also it can get a little hot and stuffy

Went on boxing day sale, very busy, but great discounts and lots of products.

Transaction issue, which we came in to resolve. The manager was condescending and rude. Other outlets said it could be done but since we purchased the device at the shop we had to amend the transaction at the store we bought it from and he refused to assist at all.
Wont go back there!

Was able to enter without a heap of staff asking 'everything ok? ' or 'how can I help? '. I entered I walked around. I picked up something I liked which I wasn't intending to buy. I purchased it. Had a quick chitchat to the cashier And walked out. Good day.

I too have shopped at a number of JB Hi Fi stores and find this particular store to be the best all round JB store. It's in a great central city location, has an excellent range of product, and the staff always provides a super friendly service. I've purchased quite a bit of gear from this JB store and always make it my first store of call for electronics gear.

It is a great place to find eletronics and DVDs, your next mobile or computer might to be there. The team member are friendly and have a good knowledge of the products. Before you go to the store check the promotions online.

Good selection compared to the other stores in the CBD. No phone signal inside though so difficult to check you're buying the right thing or not paying over the top

Has an all right selection of mainstream movies and music but if you are after something a bit offbeat or quirky that doesn't tie into the top 50 charts or big blockbuster movies, look elsewhere.

Headphones are overpriced. Mistakenly bought a 500$ headphones which was available for 300$ at Amazon
