Useless, placed online order - unable to fulfil.

Waited on the phone for so long, had to go to the store finding the store not too busy then was told no stock on all JB in Australia so order cancelled and have to wait for refund in 7 days. Only to find that product available in Sydney and shipping is available.

Incompetent bunch.

It's a good place to get anything your electronic needs, as well as if you are a studio Ghibli lover like me you can find some of the Ghibli goods there.

One stop shop most of your electronic needs. Prices are great. Down side, it's really hard to get assistance from the staff.

Large store with large range of vinyl and friendly staff. My "go-to" for all my electronics and music.

Checked everyone's vaccination status at the door. Love this. Love that they are keeping melbourne safe.

JB hi-fi's are largely the same so are kinda review proof but this one in particular has amazing staff. Some of these places you can feel the soul and joy being sucked from the people working there but not this one. Recommend.

The staff was really really nice and good. Answered all our questions without being annoyed. Gave us lot of info and options to decide which product to buy. Was really really helpful.

Super friendly and helpful store. Came in with a warranty issue and Jessie from games spent the time with me and sorted me out. She went above and beyond.

JB is not a pleasant shopping experience, this visit reinforced that, go there to get things I want/need not for pleasure. In, get the product and out again as fast as I possibly can. Hate that to get help you have to search high and low for a staff member and when you do find one there more often than not very off handed (its a nice way of saying there Rude). This was not the first time I have felt this way in this business. So in short go there if you must, hope you can find the product you looking for and get out ASAP.

Bourke Street has changed their store layout since I was there last, so I was a bit confused first walking in, but aside from that the store had great stock and the staff were friendly and helpful:)

Was here yesterday for a quick purchase. So many customers were waiting to get help from staff but the many staff seem to not care. I finally got to approach a staff and told them what I wanted to buy, the female staff with tattoo looked so depressed and was so unfriendly. The experience was overwhelming even though I was only there for less than 10 minutes for my purchase

This has always been one of my favourite stores in the city. Their range of CDs is usually the best, but now they've incorporated the more recent tech (They have a great display for the smart phones and such). Good location on Bourke Street too!

I haven't been there for ages and it has changed so much from a store devoted to media to one devoted to the hardware to play media. I've always loved the JB concept and they are sharp on prices but as much as it was only a Monday afternoon it was still tough to get the attention of the right staff member... I enjoyed my visit but I didn't buy anything

The store is easy to access via the escalators, but some products are sort of out of view as a result of this, so it might take a while to find certain products. Staff are friendly here and they're willing to help you out even if it gets a little busy.

The place is great! Friendly staffs, there is one guy that describe a lot of functionality of headphones to me!

Not very well planned out layout. Registers were hard for me to find and staff were not helpful at all with regards to my patronage. I did intend on purchasing a mobile phone outright, electric scooter and gaming equipment

I went here to buy my new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Service was superb, with the staff being very friendly and willing to talk through the details of the product. The staff was also willing to dive deep into my old tablet going through the menu to ask my questions. All staff were wearing masks too which is good to see in these pandemic days. Thank you.

Great place for your tech and entertainment shopping needs. Disabled/pram access is a bit difficult to find but overall very good. Staff are friendly and fantastic to deal with.
