The worst customer service experience. I waited for 30min and nobody came to help me. Staff were called twice during that period of time and nothing happened. I went home with nothing!

Today I had come in looking for assistance with a sound bar and Ben came over and provided professional assistance and was very knowledgeable about the products in question. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
