Excellent service from staff members like Andrew who are willing to go above and beyond for customers, other times absolutely appalling customer service from team members such as Ush who are abrupt, dismissive and rude to customers.

Great environment to shop, taking your time with staff allowing you space to look at however many goods you wish to inspect. Staff only too happy to assist when customers wish to engage their assistance whether that being questions about products or actually wishing to purchase a product

Bad experience. If I could give zero stars I would. My sister went to the shop to get 2 new laptops for both of us. She asked a staff about laptops, specs and price. She was browsing around to see all the laptops and had few questions that she wanted to ask. The staff (indian man?) said to her if she's not buying then dont call him for assistance. What a fantastic way to say to customer. Went to the Good Guy next door instead with $5k intact.

Michael the Store Manager was fantastic. Super service and made things really simple for me in signing up for a new phone contract for my business mobile

My Fitbit stopped working after going in the pool, I got an instant replacement and $30 back because the price had dropped!

Good service from Ush (hope I got the spelling right). Pleasanly surprised how helpful and no BS.

My partner and I bought a new Surface from here, the place seems a little over staffed as people were asking us if we needed assistance every 2-3 mins. Other than that they were a pleasure to deal with and seemed to be lovely people.

A little late opening on a Saturday morning in the cold. Spoke to a well versed chap in coffee machines who did not offer any sought of deal so I spent my $1200 next door at Harvey Norman. Surprised no deal or offer of discount with extra warranty wasnt put forward.

I went to buy a mobile case. The shop was so clean and tidy. All the labels were clear, and I asked one staff where to find the specific product I was looking for. He guided me to where I should look for, I got it and the paying queue was well organised. It was an overall positive experience

Made a purchase here last week for a fridge/freezer and vacuum cleaner with the wonderful and friendly assistance of staff member Tristan. Gave a great deal and made sure the transaction and delivery was hassle free and made the purchase rather enjoyable ️

Great catalogue but prices are mostly higher compared to competitors. Good to compare prices before buying here.

Really bad service. I’m come here 6pm not even 6.01. They close at 6. They can’t allow me. I call them befor, check everything and tell them keep in the side. I just need to pay and collect. So sad. And I’m going overseas today. I finished my job in Footscray and come here. I told them I’m on my way, traffic is really bad. Please allow me only for today.

Reece the JB Hi Fi sales person @ opposite High Point was excellent. He is very friendly and helpful.

Jb hi at Highpoint has an excelent sale person name Alice (Tv section). In 15 minutes she manage to conclude 4 k sale with us. She did not have Tv on floor (not in stock either! But she managed to get it installed in my house in 4 days.
Like to talk with people who knows how to do Sales.

Had the pleasure of a young man named Eddie assisting us, amazing customer service provided. Would definitely come back.:)

One of the employee's had no idea what he was talking about but at least he was honest about it rather than bluff his way through. The other guy was wicked, you know the slim guy with tattoos I wonder if they read these, I bought an Alienware laptop.

I was buying something at the Good Guys and decided to drop by JB Hifi next to it.
After politely asked to price match a video game with Big W/Amazon which are both currently selling the same game for $10 cheaper, I shown him the website and was rejected. The staff even told me to go and buy from other seller instead.
I was like ok, this guy clearly don't know how to do business nor please his customer so he won't get a cent from me.

Having no NBN and blah blah blah, internet connection is not easy or cheap. Ali, the dedicated staff member helped me with the entire process and I'm so grateful for his time and knowledge and soon I'll have internet with no ridiculous costs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It's generally good but one of the staff working in the home appliances is too rude. When I asked him if I could get any discount he told me to go to other stores for the discount.
