I purchased an item from them recently and found their service and knowledge to be excellent.
Can honestly recommend them if you are wanting to purchase electronic equipment for the home.

Wish I could give a 0 disgraceful service stood at counter was not acknowledged even though eye contact made multiple times so I just walked out.the blonde Asian girl and Indian guy with the top knot you should not be in customer service and I hope your bosses see this will never give business again and I've bought plenty of things there with click and collect

The sales staff are fine when you purchase - but not so fine when the item fails after a few months with a known product defect. When that happens, you'd better prepare for a real battle - because the store simply refuses to comply with the Australian Consumer Law otherwise.

On Thursday 18th February 2021 I bought the Ezymount VLM3400B Full Motion TV Wall Mount (23-55") for $69 so I can put my Hisense 55R5 55” 4K UHD TV on the wall so I can watch it when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was fantastic because they gave me a great bargain.

This is a review for Andrew. I went in today to browse and was greeted by Andrew who politely answered every question I had in regards to the fridges and coffee machines on display. Not only did he make the effort to answer my questions in great detail; he showed a high level of patience, professionalism and friendliness that is seldom found in the retail space nowadays. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in store thanks to my interaction with Andrew and am extremely happy with my purchases. I hope this message gets to the manager - he is a great asset to the JB-Hifi Maribyrnong branch. 10/10.

It feels like a wider selection and larger store makes finding things better. Still all the usual JB stuff just more of it.

Wrong attitude towards customer. One of the sales Superviser was saying to another sales person “ why people are asking samsung s20fe on display, its a cheap phone? ” After hearing this for another customer i stoped buying from there because whoever cant respect customer not a good place to do business.

Worst customer service ever!

We did hours of waiting at store while many workers were idle.and then a person attended to us refused to display the products and gave us a lecture about how we can and can not change products according to Australian law.
When we asked if we can return the product if we are not satisfied, he said JB HI FI can talk to the manufacturer but not liable about it and will not return money or take the product.when we wanted to speak to a manger, the attitude was even worst! Will not return to JB Hi Fi store! Terrible experience!

Always reluctant to shop on Saturdays but Served by Jess today and she was an absolute superstar. Had a return and needed a replacement and additional item she also recommended item of a better quality. In and out in less than 10 and she didn't make me wait in line either!

Bought a fridge last week. Knew what I wanted as I’d done some shopping around. Got it from this JB Hi-Fi as I was in the area and they offered the best deal. Was expecting delivery next day.

Unfortunately, it didn’t happen as expected, as there was a mixup in knowledge of the process of delivery with the staff (all departments) and what the paperwork stated!

However when I called up, staff were really wonderful to deal with and sorted out the problem. Both their warehouse/despatch and department manager did a great job.

Lots of staff, pity the only one doing anything was the security man on the door, actually he was great, well dressed and very polite and helpful. As a consequence didn't purchase anything left with our cash intact.

Ordered a Razer mouse using store to door. Arrived within 12 hours!

Unfortunately the mouse was faulty but The team at Maribyrnong had a new driver come and replace the mouse within 1 hour of asking for a replacement.

Absolutely outstanding service and honestly the quickest and most efficient delivery system I have ever seen.

I bought an LG Fridge and it started to freeze my food! I rang to arrange a refund and was told that I needed to fill out a form! And "someone would get back to me" I was also told that because of COVID there wasn't a specific time frame and he could not tell me when I would hear from someone. When I told him that I have hundreds of dollars worth of food being frozen he continued to repeat the same thing over and over again. In monotone and then hung up on me after I asked him not to speak to me as if I was a number and asked him where his compassion was he then hung up on me!

Can not thank the team and the manager at this store enough.
After a bit of a Issue with ordering a tv online and it not being delivered I called the store to see if they could possibly help track it down. The manager went above and beyond to chase it down for me and was so helpful and efficient by calling me back ASAP with the result.

Will definitely be using these guys a lot more in future
