I have gone there this morning and it was really bad experience for me to get my bluetooth headset claim. First I waited to long after that the guy give a comment that we can't keep it changing either it is faulty one. Really upset with this behavior never ever going to that place it's my promise to jbhifi thanks for bad start of the day for me

Purchased items online and clicked and collected. Then item purchased 25% discount after purchased then store new nothing off the offer. Really how bloody hard is it. This is the problem with online shopping so over it!

Good collection of electronics. Most of the phones on demo are not charged and useless as you cannot try them. Staff is not helpful.

No sales staff around waited for a good fifteen minutes then couldn't help as was not from that section

The staff could be more helpful. I have only had one lovely girl who was very helpful the last time I shopped there.

Difficult to find the check out. Some employees like to chat amongst themselves instead of making sure customers don't need assistance. Felt like I was interrupting them to ask for help.

We often go to JB for electronics. We recently bought a high def LED TV and the sales guy was very helpful with getting us to select the right one for our needs. He was patient and answered all my annoying questions as we narrowed down the selection. It was raining and we used a ute so the team did a fantastic shrink wrap of the box to ease our worries.

Sales person looked around then said I can do a deal for you on telstra plus get $200 off my purchase. He then said go and have a coffee and I'll have it all fixed for you. Did that then a female came and said no can't do that. If they are going to do deals why not make sure before you open your mouth and WHY LOOK AROUND BEFORE SAYING ANYTHING. Will definitely NOT be going back

Usually have very good sales. Best variety of consumer electronics and accessories anywhere I've seen. Prices are online abd can be compared but I like JB coz I can find a variety of stuff in one place. And I've never encountered an unfriendly staff there before. I regularly buy blu rays, and also got my TV and iPad / phone accessories and a router and printer and several games from them over these years. Very good.

Bec was amazing! She was informative, intelligent and personable. I felt like I went on a product journey and only bought the product due to my experience with Bec. This business is lucky to have her.

Walked in with my kids on the weekend, and was directed to Daniel in the Video Games section. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Caring, and tended to my needs in a very fast and precise manner. It's service you rarely find in JB's anymore. Made me feel like a respected customer, and I hope that my attitude towards Daniel was mutual. Helped us out with a new Nintendo Switch, games, headphones for my young ones, and even talked about his love and passion for the product he sells. You definitely could tell he was happy to serve us. Thanks Daniel, we'll definitely be back to see you.

We rang them for a particular mobile phone. The gentleman in the mobile phone department was extremely helpful and polite. Answered all of our questions about the mobile phone with lots of detail. He held the phone for us, and put it aside until we arrived. The lady who first answered the phone was the same lady at the checkout, and she provided us with wonderful conversation and great service also. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The staff here are about as helpful as a brain tumor, they genuinely avoid eye contact of customers like they are a 14 year old prepubescent boy at high school dance. Then once you have to hunt one down before you get any assistance they’ve got no idea and are desperate to get away from you. Managers and owners save your money and don’t give these mouth breathers any shifts

Friendly service, great deals, amazing music playing when myself and my mother went in. Better than other JBs I've been in.

Huge store, with a lot of things going on. Can be a bit overwhelming when you first enter the store. Workers are helpful but good luck easily finding someone that works there!
