Cannot recommend Patrick enough from the DFO Essendon store. I’m thankful that I landed at this store as I’ve shopped around and Patrick helped me out - he was very knowledgeable and compared prices for me on-the-spot. He was patient and walked me through the options. Very happy customer - I’ll be back!

Just called and asked a basic availability question. The person was shockingly rude (it was like it was a asking for a blood transfusion from him) and then when I said thank you just hung up on me.

BEST JB STORE … hiding away in the Essendon DFO. No parking problems! Excellent layout. Great friendly helpful staff.

Had a great chat with their employee today. We were looking for appliances and it was a thorough review of our best options. Will go back.

Had a wonderful service from Amelia for an exchange of a smart watch. Store looks fantastic and large.

This store is bigger compared to others so many chances of you getting your product plus ample staff to assist.

JB Hifi in general is a great place to buy stuff but this shop in Essendon nowhere near the rest. The staff are mean. I have waited for almost 1 hour to be attended. I even asked the guy in front door if I can asked for assistance, the reply was a bit sarcastic. I was supposed to buy a laptop and finally the guy who attended me doesn't even have a clue regarding specs to help me decide and I was advised to wait for another tech person who will takes forever to attended. I was able to pull a lady attendee who doesn't seem happy assisting people with tech queries.
I ended up going out of the store and I got a good deal from the GG which is just their neighbor.
I bought the same specs at 500AUD lower than what JB Hifi offered.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered a tv end of April and I was told it will be delivered end of the first week of May. 8th of June comes and no TV and not even a courtesy call to inform of delays.called Essendon store which is where I bought the tv from.every call is at least 30 minutes hold and at the end no solution at all. Will never go back to this store and definitely not recommended.

Called the store for a price match, which they did. Was available to pick in 2 minutes as soon an as an online order was made. An option to let them know you have reached the point of collection. They come out in less than 5 minutes to your car with the product. There are also parking instructions in the sms that notifies you that your order is ready for collection. Overall great experience. Well done guys.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Waited an hour just to pay for a delivery. No such thing as going to the counter, no no JB insist that you see a sale person first. Good luck finding one. Never going back, We're fitting out a house so will be spending out money elsewhere.

Had very bad experience. Didn't get customer service to get a phone and got to return as empty hand. Its totally disrespectful. Other JB store are far better than this.

O stars, 5 customers waiting to be served in television area, staff called, no one came, why? Because they were to busy playing with their phones, talking and having a nice time at the front of the store. Went across the road to the good guys.

It took awhile to get someone to come and help, when they did come all good.
Only one at the checkout counter so had to wait a bit to pay, but not to bad.

Sorry to say staff here think they came for a fashion show and everything except serving customers. Ok I accept they don’t wanna help unless asked for but even while helping they are bored and uninterested. I think I will apply for a casual role and earn easy bucks.

Deadset hopeless customer service. Was ready to spend and could not find any salespeople. Approached another section of the store to be greeted with indifference and then told to wait.and still no service. Lost me. Understaffed and no care factor or management awareness. Gifting sales to Good guys.

A big shout at to Karl the Manager at JB Essendon DFO. This man is exactly how a Manager should conduct himself, positive, can do will do attitude with a no nonsense approach and eager to assist those around him. Well done champ I applaud you.

I went in to purchase a watch and they didn’t have any in stock and the girl that served me was extremely helpful and took the time to call some stores and get the stock (which was sold out almost everywhere) and then came into pick it up and the Lady that served me at the counter was really friendly and helpful. Great experience every time I go into this store

Big place but was not approached at all if i need help with anything, so not good customer service.

The staff seems a bit rude. I have already visited thrice to this location. Every single time I walk out of the store I feel the response given was rude. I am not sure if they are being racist or what. I don't feel like buying from this store and always end up buying from a different location.

Got a bargain was very hard to get service
When we did not that friendly and no they were not busy just I don't care attitude
We might have bought lots more but needed advice and could not get it so grabbed the headphones and was happy to leave
