Absolutely loved our stay. Stayed two nights and the staff were exceptional. All food was lovely, treatments were private, knowledgeable and relaxing. Fantastic get away and relax

Stayed in the Balinese Villa, a little while back, and I can say that it was absolutely amazing. Loved every minute of the weekend away, I could note say that anything needs improved. Just lovely.

Fantastic retreat. Bali hut was fantastic. Need slight improvement on the privacy as encountered a couple people when told its completely private in our area. Bathroom is glass walls while you shower and a bit of a surprise when some one walks past. Haha

Misleading website with varying prices for same treatments. Poor experience on the instant chat when trying to clarify. Will go elsewhere.

My partner took me here for my belated birthday surprise. Which turned out to a marriage proposal. We spent a night here. It was the most tranquil relaxing resort I have ever attended to. It was magical and amazing. The whole place and experience was 10 out of 10. The staff were beautiful and brilliant, the service was impeccable. The food was Devine. There were so many special extra touches that this place added that makes it a cut above the rest. I've been to many places and world wide and this place is right up there! And right in our own back yard which makes it even more special

We have been given a voucher for a wedding present and since have fallen pregnant, been advised that there is no extension available under any circumstances.
A small extension is not a lot to ask considering it’s something out of our control.

Amazing experience with the Onsen and view from bathroom in room was beautiful adding to a nice private and romantic evening

I took a couple of friends for a much needed time out. The staff (Amanda, Wayne and Debra) were incredibly helpful and accomodating - they took care of our every need and even re-arranged our schedule to ensure we didn't miss out on anything as we got stuck in traffic and arrived over half an hour late, and the spa was fully booked for the day.
The facilities are gorgeous and all of the staff are fun, friendly and professional.
As autism mums, we're not used to being pandered to so it was a wonderful day for us. Looking forward to many more trips to the Japanese Mountain Retreat Mineral Springs.
