Italian Artisans reviews
56We were there today. Food good. The majority of the staff either did not wear masks or wore them inappropriately (on chin etc) even when serving tables. Disappointing.
Too shocking for words. Worst pizzas I hv ever haf considering that is all they serve, shocking limited overpriced alcohol, will not return.
Terrible service much to busy for limited staff food was mediocre ran out of 1 of the 2 pastas and the Tiger prawn pizza. Overpricd alcohol and very noisy. Better off getting Dominos and saving $70 a head
We come here quite regularly. What amazing pizzas! They only use high quality (from Italy) regional produce and it definitely shows in the meals they serve. Tony Nicolini the owner of Italian Artisans is passionate and proud of what he has created and he continues to maintain an excellence that appears to evolve and further improve as time goes on. If you really want an authentic Italian pizza experience with off the chart ingredients then this is the place you need to visit.
I come here regularly with my family - excellent food, friendly and helpful service and lovely atmosphere.
Tiny pizzas, very expense and pretty ordinary pizza at best. Staff was very nice and helpful, and pretty as well.
Ordered D. O. P - a 4 ingredient pizza "Pera d’Abruzzo tomato, hand torn 23
buffalo mozzarella, basil, EVO oil". No basil making it just a double cheese pizza. Requested basil, no basil arrives, take pizza up to the counter as getting any attention from wait staff as it is impossible to get anyone to return to our table.
"Radicchio - fennel, orange, gorgonzola" arrives about 10-mins after pizza. Not a trace of gorgonzola in this $16 salad.
Embarrassingly have to flag down wait staff to explain that giant bowl of balsamic glazed radicchio was missing one of 4 ingredients. Told that the gorgonzola was in the "sauce on the base". Zero sauce on our base and no hint of what is very strong tasting cheese.
Salad offered to be re-made, which honestly at this point we didn't really want but figured it only right to allow them to resolve this.
Salad re-appears with huge chunks of gorgonzola in it.clearly not how it was designed.
The wait staff we spoke to was apologetic, took the salad off our bill and clearly horribly under staffed but the whole evening was far too much work to just get what we ordered.
Fantastic food matched by amazing service. Burrata for starter, Porcini Pizza for main and yummy Tiramisu to finish. Grazie mille por tutti!
Some of the best pizza I’ve eaten in Melbourne. It takes me back to when I was living in Italy.
Incredible food and the staff are so nice and accomadating. Best place to get a taste of authentic Italian cuisine
Squisito! Simply beautiful! The dough is so light and crispy. I can’t go passed the Margherita. However, I managed to steal one of Mum’s Cacio E Pepe slices and I felt like I was in Roma. Looking forward to the opening of the Espresso Bar.
Delicious food, nice environment, I celebrated my birthday there. Crue members helped a lot to make my day unique.
One of the most authentic Italian cuisine restaurant.
Served by the friendliest italians. Celebrated my birthday with an amazing pan of pizza and tiramisu cake.molto benesimo ragazzi.complimenti!
Extremely friendly and personable customer service, we felt very at home. The food was delicious - the kind of pizza where no crust is left behind! And the radicchio salad was superb. An impromptu dinner turned out to be a very memorable one. We will definitely be returning.
True Italian pizzas. The pizza's were delicious, thin crust, fresh ingredients and extremely tasty. You should definitely try the truffle pizza. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I will definitely be back.
Very warm welcoming, especially when I dine solo on my Saturday night out. Already love the place and the vibes even before I try my pizza.
Our new go-to place for a perfect pizza, not too heavy and a delight to eat - one bite of this pizza and your whole day is made! Definitely recommend:)
When you bump into one of the judges from MasterChef eating pizza’s here - you KNOW this place is legit! Best boutique Italian pizza in Melbourne and with very friendly and modest staff.
Italian Artisans is our must-go in the Albert Park area.
Excellent service from the waiters, relaxed atmosphere, and a pizza that talks for itself.
Premium quality ingredients, perfect dough texture, and amazing combinations.
Definitely one (if not the best) authentic Italian Pizza in Melbourne.
