53Sausage rolls and steak and bacon pies were excellent and had the best vanilla slice in a very long time. Popular place with friendly staff, good service and reasonable prices.
All I can say is I tried there scallop pies. Absolutely sensational until I go there again. I'll get another one.
Really nice home made goods and you can see the chefs at work. Love the scallop pies and they make gray coffee, hot chocolates and really nice sweets and sandwiches
As a professional sweet tooth, big fan of Island Pies. Particularly big fan of the milkshakes, the custard tart and the vanilla slice.
OK, tried the scallop pie, wow. Bushman was good but not as good as Seymour's bakery. Steak and bacon

Had a sausage roll which was perfect. Flaky pastry. Tasty filling. Hot. I also enjoyed a good old fashioned snot block (vanilla slice) which had perfect smooth custard and flaky pastry. Could do with a little less icing sugar but you can get it off easily enough. I asked for a strong hot latte coffee and that's exactly what I got. Friendly people and spotlessly clean.
With the way the world is going these days a lot of rural bakeries are abandoning the essence of what once made them so great. Island Pies is not on that list. I’ve just had two absolutely cracking pies that were so good that they’ve left me no choice but to slap on these 5 stars. Congratulations Island Pies, I’ll be back.
Friendly staff, quick service, ample indoor & outdoor seating or a short walk to the beach. Food & coffee is great, everything you’d expect from a local bakery.
We were well looked after by friendly staff, and the drinks were great value. Coffee could have been a degree hotter, but otherwise couldn't fault the place. Old school bakery/cafe, no frills but service was great. Just off the main drag too, so it wasn't super busy when everywhere else on the Island was flat out.
Good coffee (mugs available), great cakes (citrus tart recommended!), friendly service, spacious, pleasant vibe - always enjoy stopping in here when I'm down the island!
Delicious curry beef pie, sausage rolls and salad rolls. We are a NSW family just arrived at Phillip Island for Xmas and Island Pies didn't disappoint.
