I had an awful experience at this shop. I purchased a stretchy pair of pants in the size recommended by the sales assistant. After wearing them 4-5 times in a couple of months the fabric had balled and the elastic had broken shooting out of the fabric as white kind of threads. They were no longer wearable.
When i returned them to the shop, I was told that I'd already had them for a few months (were they disposable and someone forgot to tell me? !), maybe I had bought the wrong size and they'd never had any complaints for these pants before! After I insisted none of these comments were true, they agreed to send them to the manufacturer. 2 weeks later they called to say the manufacturer took no responsibility but they would replace them with another design to help me out.
When I went back, they were offering me a cheap pair of ugly pants which I refused to take. I asked for a refund or credit which they refused. There was a horrible old man in there (maybe owner) who was rude and not willing to resolve the issue. I took the pants back, walked out and refuse to ever go back there again! Whilst they seem helpful when you're buying their products, they are so rude and unhelpful should anything go wrong. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere to shop!

I visited the shop a couple weeks ago and had such a great experience. The variety of stock provided here was amazing, something for all ages. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much for them to do, they provided a very friendly and happy environment.i would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for mother of the bride; weddings and after 5 type of clothing, even the casual range was great

I found this store on the web by googling "mother of the bride Melbourne". They are even open on a Sunday. I saw something I liked on the web and off I went to the shop today. The shop itself is very unassuming. Within seconds Connie had picked out a dress for me (which I already had) and found the one I had liked on the web- perfect fit and perfect dress. I could have bought several more there and will definitely go back. Thoroughly recommend. Great recommendations for accessories too. Thank you

Horrible customer service! I took my mother to find a dress for my wedding, and the staff were so rude. My mother requested to try on a particular dress, and the sales assistant stated that there was no point in her trying it on as she knew that my mother won't buy it. She was horrible! Further, she kept saying that we are only wasting her time as she can see that we are not interested in making a purchase. Little did she know we were wanting to purchase one of their garments! Never going back again. Customer service is key. What a shame that we have people like this working in such an industry! If I could rate it 0/5 stars I would.

I travelled from NE Victoria to find a suitable outfit for my daughter's wedding.
Firstly, as I travelled by train, Isabella Fashion was very conveniently located close to Oakleigh Railway Station.
Secondly, Connie served me. She was just amazing, and greatly assisted me with my purchase. Connie even made suggestions in regard to jewellery and shoes.
Thirdly, Isabella had a huge selection. Of particular note, is the wide range of outfits in sizes up to 26.
And finally, Connie and other staff made me feel extremely comfortable, in a totally non-threatening manner.
Very highly recommend Isabella Fashion.
