Went here with my sister. The store is overflowing with overpriced blingy dresses. Most garments are $300 to $400. The store ladies don't listen to your needs but push anything and everything at you and then tell you everything looks fabulous or my cousin/friend just brought this and she looked great. If you are looking for a stand up comedy performance idea for the wedding speech this is probably for you!

Excellent range of dresses and sizes, very friendly and helpful staff, and a very attentive service to everyone’s needs, definitely would recommend this store.

Thank-you to the helpful staff in choosing a dress for my son’s wedding which happened last month. I was very happy with it and it felt very comfortable to wear on a long and warm day with lots of dancing!

Very disappointed with the customer service! I bought a dress and then returned it 4 days later and could not get a refund only a credit note. The time for use of the credit note has been extended 3 times and then due to Covid they will not accept it. I know it has been almost 3 years, but one would think that there might be some compassion and understanding due to the difficult and stressful times that we have all faced. Unfortunately no.so $329 later, what a waste of money. Also staff were very rude. Will never waste my money here again!

Thank you to the lovely ladies at the Oakleigh store today. You were extremely busy, change rooms packed to the rafters. I couldn't fault my experience today, the staff were helpful, calm, collected, not pressuring at all. The very lovely Niki knew exactly what suited my body shape. I felt she was my personal stylist. The dress was a hit with hubby and I look forward to wearing it at my son's wedding. A large store with a great range of outfits for every taste. Highly recommend this store for special occasion evening wear.

My mum shopped here last week for her mother of the groom dress. With only 3 weeks away from the wedding, there were lots of choices and the shop assistant was absolutely fantastic and super helpful. Would definitely come back again and recommend to others

I went to Isabella's in Brunswick to get a dress for my son's wedding. All I needed was 1 dress and I couldn't find one that suited me or fitted me anywhere i went. But when I got to Isabella's, I was amazed at their collection, their service, everything. Valentina was fantastic. She picked the dresses that suited and fitted me perfectly. I walked out of there with 2 dresses, a coat and a top. I was a very happy lady. Thank you Valentina.

28th Jan 2021 - Due to Covid, I'd been searching for a dress online to wear to our daughters wedding.   I found a beautiful dress at Isabella Fashions so I called them (Carmen) to hold it as we're 2.5 hours away.   Not their usual practice but they said they would. When we arrived and spoke to Carmen she said the dress they were holding was too big for me, and it was.   They didn't have one in my size so she came up with a few other options in similar styles.   I absolutely love the one I chose. Can't recommend this place highly enough.   I found Carmen to be right on the ball with styling,   colours and above all honesty.

Connie and the ladies were absolutely wonderful in helping my mum find her mother of the bride dresses! Connie took the time to find out mum's style and brought out a wide range of outfits that left mum with not only three perfect outfits but also a stress-free experience.

Wonderful experience. The ladies were extremely helpful at picking styles and colour to suit. Huge array of plus size clothing. Got the most gorgeous dress for my son's wedding. So happy!

You can not go wrong trying this shop you get great service. They take the time to ask what you like what you need the garment for. Nothing was too much trouble for Nikki. Everything Nikki gave me to try on suited me it was just down to what I preferred.
