Went to find a mother of the bride dress but left with 2 as I couldn't decide which one to get. It was the less stressful shopping I have ever had. Came back a month later with my mum and sister who both left with amazing dresses and said it was the easiest shopping ever

"We were thrilled with our first trip to Isabella Fashions in Oakleigh. Having looked at what was available online we made the decision to travel the 500km from Mt Gambier in South Australia to find a Mother of the Bride outfit.
From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had come to the right place as it was full of lovely clothing. The two staff members were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The lady who served me took her time to recommend outfits that she knew would suit me. In the end I purchased an outfit that, at first glance, I would not have tried on.

One star review only because it won't let me review a 0. My review is 0. Sale assistant was so annoying, Pushy +. On entering she stated talk to me, I need to know what your after. I politely explained that sometimes I need to see it then I will know what it is I want. She persisted showing me styles and colours that I explained I wasn't after, I was made to feel that I was not able to look or touch any dresses. I tried only one dress and I had enough. I didn't have a budget I didn't mind the price. But she is screening who gets to were what. You should be objective and let people make there own choice lady, instead of making your own judgment on who should wear what. Thank you

Walked into the store.met Connie, one of the ladies in charge, and told her the occasion i was attending. "I have just the thing for you", she said.and pulled out a playsuit! I told her i wouldn't be seen dead in it (i am 5ft 8" and a size 18) so now you know why i was apprehensive.and she very politely persuaded me to try it on!
Now i want to be buried in it!
I bought it and wore it and received so many compliments. It was so flattering and elegant and can be worn to any occasion, formal or otherwise.

I got a lovely dress for my daughter's wedding after thinking I would go for pants as I haven't worn a dress for 40 years. The lady that helped me was wonderful and I am so happy with what I've got.

The ladies at Isabella Fashions were very friendly, and my mother was very happy with her dress for my wedding. They have a good range of styles, colours and sizes.

Went here with my mum to find a mother of the bride dress. We left with two dresses to take home! Connie was fantastic and cut straight to the chase showing us dresses that would suit mum and colour options. We tried on a few and immediately narrowed it down.
This store might look unassuming on the outside but speak to the staff and try on some dresses, you'll be surprised. The designs are as nice as what you'd see in high end stores and great quality. Highly recommend!

I visited the Oakleigh store yesterday looking for a dress for my sons wedding. I left with the most beautiful dress I have ever owned in less than an hour!
I also shopped here 2 years ago with my sister for her mother of the bride dress and we both got beautiful dresses in little over an hour.
This time, so many people said to me "Go back to that shop again"
The ladies are so good at their job and they know what looks right. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone.
Just go here first and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. Also this is an Australian business and the dresses I purchased are both Made in Australia so that's another reason to give them a go.

Went to Isabella Fashions yesterday with my fussy mum to get a mother of the bride dress for my wedding. Angela was super friendly and so so helpful with organising a dress for my mum. Thank you Angela you were wonderful! Would definitely recommend this store especially for mother of the bride dresses!

My mum whos 85 needed a dress to wear to a wedding.she wanted to have one tailored as she was convinced she wouldnt find one off the rack. We arrived at the Oakleigh store at 11am by 11.30am she had 3 options to choose from. The assistant was brilliant and knowledgable. The choice is impressive and the service could not be faulted. My mum is thrilled with her outfit and so am l as its saved me several trips to the dressmaker. Anyone needing an outfit to wear to an event whatever the age group should not look anywhere else!

I went in on Thursday afternoon to find a dress for a charity event on Friday. The sales representative was so helpful and gave me honest feedback on how the dress appeared. I found the perfect dress. Sophisticated, occasion appropriate and I looked great. Not always easy for my size.

I was warmly greeted. She was very helpful, not pushy. Great communication skills, well spoken, took the time to listen. Her recomendation to find the right outfit, was spot on.
