For a rather complex process, this was rather painless, with comforting update notices on status and a really fast turnaround.
Not the fault of intercheck, don't remembering it being so difficult with so much information, however I guess this is part of the anti terrorism campaign, all turned out well in he end.
I tried to call the customer service for making a changement on my order. After multiple attempt, I finally could talk to someone who looks like he just wake up. So after a rude talking from himself, I understand I have twice or I better go somewhere else. A big company like them does not need to be nice with a customer. I should have go to a new and frendly one.

When I applied for a police check, once I stucked on sending my personal information, they were giving information to me via emails and I called them and officer helped me
Took ages (2 weeks). I was kept informed but the advertising firmly states 2 days. Maybe change to "as quickly as 2d"? Also explain a little what's involved i.e. Why it takes so long e.g. Matching on addresses but then having to discount any where the time periods inhabited by the applicant do not overlap, etc
A great efficient way to have checks done, well organised and they keep you up to date during the process. Highly recommended.
I found Intercheck to be a good way of getting your National Police Clearance, however it did take about 6 working days to come through.
Wasn’t an Australian citizen, but over the phone I was sorted within the minute, very happy with service as well as the short amount of time receiving the clearance. No problems what so ever
