Amazingly quick turnaround time for the National Police Check that I applied for. Rates are pretty fair too. Would highly recommend them. Also the form is very easy to fill out as well.

Very quick, got it the day after. Cheaper than the NSW police one. Even offers volunteer police check (for volunteers non-paid work). Overall satisfied. Im submitting the report now, hope it's legit!

First time I used Intercheck.very reasonable fee, keep you up to date with the progress of your application, and doesn't take long for your result. Definately use them again, and recommend them.

Easy to use site from a phone. I could not ask for better service. I had was informed of delays, which was better than my last police check service.

Very disappointed with the services.refuse to consider the case and refusing to refund my money.pretty rude staff.just focusing on making money and ripping off the customers.no consideration to the customer's requirements and needs. Password reset useless so I've wasted my money. Guess I'll have to miss those jobs that require a police check or go for a more professional one at an actual police station at more of a cost - will do that next year after I graduate from Uni. So much for the renewal this year. Even used the SHOW PASSWORD & the new ones matched so it should have worked but didn't. Looks like I get no renewal check & these buggers keep my money.

Absolutely appalling and complete waste of time and money! I was referred to this site to obtain my police check for the Org I want to volunteer for. Remember, the key word is volunteer. Never have I been given such a run around. The legitimate documentation I have provided is not accepted, this includes a current Australian passport and a Medicare card! I have been shunted backwards and forwards by the customer service operator, Salmar Khan who just keeps repeating the same nonsense. As an ex public servant I understand bureaucracy, but this is completely unwarranted. I'm m now trying to get a refund, who knows what ridiculous documentation they require to complete that process!

Almost a week now and would like to make public the false and misleading advertisement about the fast 24-48hr turn around.

I was advised in fact it may take up to 12 working days after I lodged my check. I DO NOT recomend this comapny.

Absolutely fantastic. I have used this company many time and will continue to do so. The team at Intercheck are amazing.

A bit daunting to read through all of the information. However, such information is important. There maybe a shorter way to assist an applicant to complete the application by eliminating information not applicable to them.

Tried "CLEAR TO WORK" TO do police check, no correspondence, hard to apply, take ages, i started the procedure with them months ago still haven't received-it. ITERCHECK, EASY APPLICATION, GOOD CORRESPONDENCE AND WEEK LATER I HAVE IT BACK (, still havnt got the other one i paid for)
