Been waiting three weeks for my report there so called 3 to 5 days is bull****Have not received update for 2 1/2 weeks. Save your money. Don’t use this site use NCC And no, I don’t work for NCC use anyone apart from inter check

Not happy at all.
I read reviews stating they have great customer service and they get back to you straight away. Those reviews must be staff reviews. As a customer, my experience has been a nightmare. Took a whole day before they started processing as they explained I came on old platform. No emails, to let me know what’s happening.
When you send an email you get a response a day or two later if your lucky.
I understand some police checks take their time, however it’s the lack of response and feedback not letting me know what’s happened.
Been 13 business days since I did my police check with them, only time I hear what’s happening if I have to ring them, but nothing more.
Instead of waiting I decided to use someone else. There customer service was brilliant and you could track also where the process was at, that way you could see what was happening without concern. Not with intercheck, it’s a guessing game.
I already got results back within 3 business days with the other company I used, with intercheck nothing.but they take your payment of course fast.
I couldn’t understand how the other company I used got the results in 3 business days, when they use the same platform.
So I would never recommend intercheck to anyone with the experience I endured.

I have used Intercheck for several years for updated Position of Trust police checks. Their online application system is easy to use and their service is fast and efficient

Very Easy process to get the PCC for any work related PCC clearance. This is the second time I did since last 0ne and Half years. Generally get the Result within few hours. Very good service.

Make sure you fill in your position title/description correctly.this was the only thing that slowed my application. Otherwise easy to use.

Super fast service. Why do people with clean record have to wait for up to two weeks to get their police certificate, anyway? ISo glad that ntercheck has emerged as a solution to this.

They are seemingly professional people in Police Check. I have known this organisation since I was working as a volunteer recruitment officer. They have a sound progress report system even during the weekend if there is a possible delay, such as duplicate names. Also, the price is very competitive and reasonable. I strongly recommend Intercheck to anyone.

Read reviews saying bad experience, I tried uploading documents but some failed but the team were more than happy receiving same documents via email. Good job

Almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my police check.
When I ask for an update I am told that the police now have the check as it was flagged. HOWEVER, I then contact Vic. Pol.who advise me it isn't even with them yet.

I resigned from my old job assuming I could go into my new job within a week (maybe 2). Now my new employer is made to wait (so I might lose this job) and I am unable to work because of such a long delay.

I'm sure they are lovely people, but don't pass blame onto the hard working police. Maybe instead admit my details weren't past on correctly from your end and now it is taking longer than expected?

Or, maybe on your site make it clear that people may have to wait a month.

Have used them twice now first time took over 4 weeks to get my clearance. 2nd time took just has long even though they already had my details. 2nd time they didn't put my middle name in and my application was declined by the dot. There rubbish dont use them. Going thought post office instead

To begin I had to upload a number of documents and the staff
where very helpful in assisting me.

The overall process took a while and the feedback both by email and SMS was bringingme up to date.

The forms were easy to understand and uploading documents was a straightforward process. Once the application was lodged I received updates daily until the certificate was issued.

Quick results, I had a little trouble with one of the information fields, rang the help line, and it was sorted easily.

Very easy to follow, love the fact that you can take photos of relevant docs via the site and not have to download then attach which makes it very easy when doing the form on your phone

It was very quick and had no hassle to proceed. I usually have long names surnames, which are not fit to many Australian documents. As soon as I send all the ID's which represent my names in those different ways, I got the certificate on the same day. Thank you! I wish I give 10 Stars
