Install a Veranda

Would not recommend to anyone! Empty promises & lack of communication.permit was initially declined in august with no word to us, 8 weeks later I had to contact them to see what was going on! Not good enough

Sales were great untill the dotted line was signed then could help with anything further. Office staff require constant follow up and chasing to keep the ball rolling. Accounts can't keep track of outstanding amounts and require me to go back through invoices. Delivery of supplies could not be made on first attempt as no one assess the drop zone prior to their arrival. Installer couldn't have done more to drag this company from a one star review. He was prompt, friendly, helpful. He truely was a great asset and pleasure to deal with.

Well organised and kept good a contact with me and advised as to how the work will be executed.
As promised the material was delivered and the installer Ben arrived next. The job was well done.

My Veranda was installed today 19/11/2020. It took awhile from the day contract was signed due to Covid-19 but turned out beautiful that I forgot the wait! Thank you Chris for the design, Paul, Alana, Brett and your team for the professional installation!

After being mucked around by builders for our outdoor veranda revamp, we decided to call the ‘experts’ at install a veranda.
It was our first renovation and we really put our trust in them that they would know what they were doing.
All communication was around wanting an enclosed room vibe. We didn’t receive proper drawings, we trusted them. The cost was a lot more than expected but we really wanted it sorted out so just went with this end to end solution to finally have our veranda sorted.
We were happy with phase 1 of the roof, all that was left was to install the side panels which would enclose the space. We paid the final payment as they would be coming back on a weekday when we wouldn’t be home.
We came home to side panels that were barely fixed, so much so that when the wind blew they rattled loudly in the wind and not to mention the huge gaping hole either side that they left open which let in rain and wind all over our outdoor furniture.
We tried to contact them to get them back out as soon as possible, only able to call through the call Centre for them to pass on a message to the installation team. We didn’t hear anything back for days. I was so upset thinking we had paid $13K for an unfinished Veranda that didn’t even keep out the rain.
After continued calls, we finally got an appointment for them to come out. They didn’t show up on that day. I had to call again and reschedule for 2 weeks later as they were so busy.
They eventually came back out and ‘fixed’ the holes they had left and fastened the sides properly.
No apology was received in this entire process, the customer Service was absolutely terrible.
The veranda design was made far too high, so rain still came in even after they ‘fixed’ the issues they left us with. We had to spend an additional 4K on a blind to block out the rain in the end due to the bad design.
Overall it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this company. Do not assume they know what they are doing like we did.

Just got a verandah installed at Laverton Community Education Centre. Very happy with the service and the outcome

From start to finish, the service was excellent and on time. The quality of the install and veranda is top of the line. The sales person was well informed of the product and not pushy and made what is a large investment an easy decision. We cannot thank the team enough for transforming a barren outdoor space into a fantastic outdoor entertaining area.

Called them around 10 times to give me quotation but the consultant was careless to reply. Called office staff and found them very rude too. When I said about the poor customer service they hang up the call. I have decided not to build with them.

Overall 'OK' service except some promises not kept.

Geoff did a Excellent product demo and presale process. Fantastic architecture work by Paul and construction work by Damien.

During Sale/installation process a BBQ machine was promised, but finally not availed.which was disappointing. Back -office staffs need to more accountable to customers.

So 100% recommendable for Construction work but be careful if getting hooked by any freebies etc.

This is our second house to have a veranda built. Fantastic people to deal with and an excellent job

back gable roof, 19 metres x 4 metres, both previous quotas were around $20,000, using same materials, but to my surprise there qoute was just under $40,000?
That was it for me'. Got rid of him straight away. What a Rip Off!

Very good service. Was kept up to date with what was happening all the time. Builders arrived on time and work was completed within the time frame. All the rubbish was also taken away. Great Service

Highly recommended, from sign up to installation. No matter what the weather conditions where the installers still waited for the rain to clear and then continued to work. Great customer service and no stress about building permit approval.
