With such a big investment you want things to go smoothly and without stress. This is exactly how it went for us. Install a Veranda made the whole process very easy. The installation was great. I would highly recommend Install a Veranda they were fantastic!

We had our patio installed about 2 weeks ago and are very happy.
This was the second time we have used this company.
Due to Covid and our slack council it took a little longer to get the permit.
Alana kept the lines of communication open at all times and when we were given a date for installation Brett and Mitch were punctual and the job was completed without fuss.

Really happy with our new veranda. Staff were easy to deal with and provided a wonderful addition to our home. Many thanks!

We love our new veranda and can't wait to be able to entertain friends and family again when gatherings are allowed. Install a Veranda were absolutely fantastic in their design and build quality. Rob and Jamie had it erected in a day and couldn't do enough to make sure a were happy. They made it look so easy. Obviously know exactly what they're doing. Very professional in their manner and cleaned up everything to leave the site as clean as they found it. Even obliged us with our personal installation requirements.
And a big thanks to Alana in the office too who made every step of the process easy for us.

Install a veranda did the job, end product was great and built with quality. Even though there was some issues with the materials when they got delivered (scratches) the installer saw them and wa straight away organizing replacements and kept me updated which was amazing customer service.

Will 100% be recommending them and using them in the future to extend it

We were very impressed with our interaction with Install A Veranda from the moment we requested a quote. Neelam was exceptionally helpful even helping with an issue during the installation. The planning permission and installation came around much quicker than the expected - lead time of 6 months came in at 3 months. The Trades team who installed the veranda were excellent - respectful and punctual. We had a couple of issues with panel sizes and the team had to return twice but honestly it was not their fault. Now that it is installed we could not be happier and so glad we chose this company. Bring on summer so we can enjoy our wonderful outdoor area.

HORRID customer service. Want to speak with "man of the house"? !? "senior consultant" Chris who came out for design and install qoute Insisted on knowing our 'price range' inspite of us saying upfront we've no idea what all entails these things and we're here to hear from you. Started dissing and being dismissive as soon as I said a ballpark budget. First line he says to my spouse is "we are wasting each others time". The more i say is less. He left us reeling with trying to take in what that tornado of an attitude was.didnt walk us through the design process. Absolutely flabbergasted. You may be pretty good at your job but if you cant be bothered to give a prospective client the time of day then good luck to you. Two star are for actually showing up for the appointment (himself 45 minutes late BUT commenting "i was going to leave" when i took 90 secs to get to the door!)

We are indeed satisfied with Install A Veranda; there were unexpected challenges such as Covid related delays and extra waiting due to council driven modifications. The final product was excellent in quality and execution. The crew completing the job were friendly and experienced. They collected all the rubbish leaving the place clean and tidy.

Absolutely amazing. From great advice from the sales, awesome communication from the office staff thru to Matt and Dylan, the power team who built our new outdoor entertainment area / verandah. A pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend Install a verandah. Loving the results.

The service and commutation from Alana replying to emails and phone calls was very prompt.
From the planning, permit and delivery everything went to plan and smoothly. Lastly the installation from Matt and his team, great finishes and very clean.

WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY! We are running a child care and kinder and needed a veranda installed in our babies room yard. They would give a time over the phone for when they would be here to start the job, then never show up.this happened on several occasions.when we call and leave a message they rarley return the call, you have to keep calling till you get someone to "help" you.
They installed the veranda on a saturday, then when monday came to open the centre we saw that they had left the job unfinished, leaving behind two big piles of concreate and mud.they had also cut our synthetic grass from around our sail posts and left it uneven and unsafe. This being the yard were babies crawl and play,
and a major HAZARD! They had also thrown away all their building materials and big concreate bags in our centre's bin. A professinal company who care about their clients should be more respectful, especaily in a service where there are children being cared for.you make your mess you take your mess!
thats what you are getting paid for! We currently have been trying to call 'install a veranda' to come and collect everything they have dumped here.we still havent heard anything from them as yet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Salesman came to my house, measured, quoted, gave me the full “used car salesman” style pitch. Left a quote 20k more than anyone else, then never followed up with me after he left. Very odd.

Got our new Verandah installed in a day and after a delay due to covid but that is they way it is at the moment. Got permits promptly and the installation guys done a great job so we will be enjoying our extended alfresco area. Thanks guys.

I am so pleased that I chose Install a Veranda to replace my lichen soiled awning with a new verandah roof. Not only was it custom designed to fit my L-shaped back deck but it totally fits in with the colours of my home. Brett the installer was a legend. He carefully removed the huge awning on his own and then built the entire new roof in two days. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional and tidied up beautifully afterwards.

Now I have a terrific outdoor entertainment area that I can use all year round. I chose two see-through panels to provide some light.

Although I had to wait some time for the installation due to the popularity of Install a Veranda I am very happy with the finished product

Lovely people and great service. This was the only company who came out to give us a quote at the height of COVID. Then, when lockdowns slowed down my demolition permit for the pre-existing structure Install a Veranda were very kind. They allowed me to push back installation time, and were very patient and flexible. I think their job isn't easy, but they certainly made the project smooth. I'd happily recommend them.

Our new flat roof pergola was installed this week and we couldn't be happier, it looks amazing! The finish looks brilliant. The process was so easy and we had great communication the whole way.

The product is incredible and I’m very happy with the installation result.
Cliff was the best the entire way through the install and made sure nothing was out of place! I’m pretty sure my house was cleaner when he left, than when he arrived!

The process from start to finish was impacted heavily by Covid-19, so it’s difficult to comment on turnaround.

Advice to new customers would be review with council what permits are required. These added up as time ticked over and it was quite frustrating. Instal a veranda did a great job in obtaining otherwise difficult permits in my area.

Communication could be better and I found I was always chasing up the status of my permits in the pre build. If this could be more proactive the over all experience would like get a 5 star.

Yes - the product is expensive; but it looks amazing and for that I’d say its worth it. You get what you pay for!

We chose to use Install a Veranda for our carport build. They dealt with all the council permits, the building plans and of course, the build itself. Everything was very professionally handled and turned out great!

An easement issue meant council approval didn't go ahead for our original plans, but Install a Veranda handled this seamlessly and after some tweaks and a new quote, we're very happy with the final outcome. The final build was a little pricey, but ultimately you're paying for craftsmanship, peace-of-mind and quality, backed by a warranty. COVID lockdown meant there was a little delay (which wasn't well communicated at the time), but otherwise all good!

We had Install A Veranda install a large veranda and deck to our new home. The experience from first quote to the installation and follow up has been nothing but first class. The boys doing the installation had great attention to detail and did an amazing install. We are tremendously happy with the end result.

Great customer service. Renee was wonderful to deal with for obtaining my building permit! The installers done a great job and were very clean and tidy! Highly recommend for a professional job. Well done!
