The food was incredible, and our server Ayusha was amazing. If you’re in the area it’s amazing, and 2 curries between 3 people is perfect, 3 was too many

Food was delicious. We ordered the set menu and it was worth the price. Can tell that each dish was made with care and used fresh. Would be coming back again in future to try other dishes! Cons were the wait time between each course but as the food was made fresh to order it was worth the wait time- this can be their future improvement. Do recommend everyone to visit this restaurant 4.5/5:)

What an amazing experience of food and service, Sunil was an amazing host, very inviting, made us feel welcomed from first moment. Excellent range of dishes, my wife and I chose the grilled fish from the Tandoor which was equally complemented with the fluffy soft saffron rice, paired with a decent serving of aloo gobhi and the most supple and tasty parantha we've ever had. We cannot praise Sunil and the Indian Star Restaurant enough, if you want genuine, welcoming and amazingly tasty Indian dishes, you'll be hard pressed to find any better in and around the North West! Will definitely be going back!

Good food and good service were enough to make our night and company. The food was tasty and delicious. It's always hard to find a decent Indian food. This place was ok. You can at least try it once. However, we had takeaway a couple of times before, and that's why we came to dine in. We liked it. Having parking at the back is convenient. Make sure you make a booking beforehand and enjoy your food.

Amazing food Indian authentic with great flavour and taste, excellent service and pleasant ambience it is place where you can enjoy with your friends and family. They serve us in the last minute as well when they were about to close.

Indian Star is our favourite local Indian restaurant to visit with the family. The food is always fantastic, from the grilled cutlets to the various curries. We especially like the palak paneer and the butter chicken, and they go really well with the garlic naan and basmati rice. Plus the staff are always really friendly and the service is great. Definitely worth visiting whether you live locally or need to drive over!

We stumbled across Indian star yesterday when looking for dinner as a group visiting Melbourne for the first time. Our waitress Roxy, was incredibly kind and patient with us, and the food there was absolutely impeccable. Overall, beautiful restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, would 100% eat there again.

Was an impulsive decision on a Saturday night to go out for dinner to Indian Star, was pleasantly surprised to get a cosy table for three. Service, food and overall experience was very good, and an addition to a complimentary drink.left Indian Star with a happy and satisfied feeling.

My family and I loved Indian food and out of all of the places we have gone to this is the best one yet. The food came hot and fresh, and the presentation was amazing they way it was set out. Customer service was top notch and family-owned, we got to meet the owner of the shop for 30 years and his son both were amazing and so sweet. We will be coming back and I recommend you do too!

The food was awesome and the ambiance was impeccable to the Indian tradition. Loved the gajar Ka halwa.
