Dined in tonight for a second time only to experience the same poor service, attitude from one particular staff member who was gruff and being rude. We were encouraged by a family member to try again as they had a good experience on a week night, they too were shocked as to how we were dealt with. Will not be going back.

If you’re looking for a good Italian restaurant to take the family this is it. Warm, family run, traditional and cosy.

Authentic home style Italian food. It's so wonderful. Not a fancy restaurant, it's so comfortable and easy going.

Prices have been rising and food quality has dropped since a couple years ago. Pizzas are vastly overpriced. Depending on what time you come, the person making the pizza might not care about your order. Restaurant is more popular on Sundays, nice warm environment too.

One of the best pizza restaurants in Melbourne. Pizzas are never oily. Great toppings and very reasonably priced.

If I could give it a higher star rating I would. The place is absolutely amazing! Really cheap, excellent service, food comes out really quickly and Is amazing too. I would 100000% recommend this place to a friend and will always be coming back for years to come!

Great food. We went on a Saturday night, just after 7pm. The place was extremely busy and at capacity. The decor is dated and very culturally themed, however I suppose it reflects the family history.
Food was of very high quality, however I think they must've been short staffed, because we had to wait quite some time. For a double front premises, at capacity, only 3 waitresses were assisting customers, taking orders, serving food and tidying up. They were quite literally run off their feet.
Everyone there was very polite and the food did not disappoint. It was just so busy, there was not enough staff, and we had to draw their attention to place our orders.

Pizza was good with its thin base. Steak was cooked to perfection and spaghetti marinara tasted marvellous. What else do you need from an Italian restaurant.

However, it looked like a place from late 80s. I guess some people like the old furniture/decoration look.

Service was excellent as the waiters were attentive as well as welcoming.

Delicious and authentic Italian food. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely. It gives off home country family vibes. The massive painted mural of Pavarotti on the wall is hilarious, but totally ads to the restaurant's ambiance. Love this place!

Went for an early dinner and we all enjoyed out dinner, the kids had a pizza which was crispy and hot, the balsamic chicken very nice, and the marinara was made with fresh seafood, If I was to have one critisism was the marinara wasn't available in Entree, I don't like to waste food on my plate.

Excellent experience for authentic Italian food. Great for a pizza and an Italian blonde beer or their outstanding Pasta Marinara.

Perhaps traditional and authentic yet I would prefer more toppings especially when paying premium prices. Nice resturant and good for big groups, service was excellent and friendly.

Have been here plenty of times in the past. The food has always been great but in our last visit was quite Suprised at the price hike from our last visit.
