Going to HJ ON A GOOD FRIDAY and guess what they couldn't serve breakfast because there was POS MALFUNCTION.there was no sign outside saying they can't serve. This was the last thing to hear from them. Me and my wife, we both had to go to work without breakfast. Amazing!

Service was slow through drive through, but quality of food has certainly improved. Whopper burger was fresh (well as can be for fast food), chips were piping hot, onion rings a definite improvement. Been a long while since I have been to Hungry Jacks, won't be long before I am back again.

Very poor service. My go to fast food is hungry jacks, however this branch very often misses items in drive thru orders and sometimes don’t make the burgers right.

One of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait 2 minutes before I could order. The drive thru employee didn't even know what he was doing, he didn't give me a receipt for the meal, he handed me the coke in 1 hand and the straw in the other, who does that? He also forgot to put the drumstick in as part of the super stunner deal. When I realised, I drove back only to have to wait in line for 5 minutes because nobody was taking orders for whatever reason. Luckily the lady was nice and gave me the drumstick. All the trouble just go get a damn drumstick that I should have gotten from the beginning. To make it even worse the cheese burger was shockingly overcooked. The paddy was super hard and there was a very weird taste to it.

The only redeeming factors were the nice woman, the chicken nuggets and the chips.

I've also learned my lesson to always check the bag before driving off.

Food is good but I hate to see that up until 2018 they only hired boat people, if they hired white people they were emos.

One of the worst Hungry Jack's I've been to. Often out of stock of regular items Today was wraps, last week was burger patties, and have even experienced them out of milk. Not that lack of milk is such a tragedy, as the coffee is foul anyway. Always have to park when going through the drive thru.

Mismanaged, dead slow device, coffee served cold, ordered medium coffee got small and that too cold, after waiting for 15 minutes.worst of all HJs

One of the worst service. Drink machine never works when you need the variety frozen soda, no clear explanation of why you need to park at the front when you order through a drive through. If certain food takes longer than necessary, should query whether customer alright to wait or want to alter their order.

Very bad service.it took 10 mins for an extra long burger being not busy.very poor.we have to pay for just waiting over there.

Worst customer service, the way she is taking orders is very rude and we placed order for grilled chicken tamer and without our confirmation she upgraded to bacon and cheese grilled chicken tamer. Really upset

Just went there to use the bathroom with kids disgustingly dirty no soap used sanitary pads gross so not come here go to maccas, you need to clean and update.

Really bad service. They don't have enough staff and its everyday story. Been couple of times had to wait for a long time in drive-thru seriously bad experience.

Not the best example of burger construction on this visit, with a bit more char on the pattie than usual pushing it to not quite as tasty as I usually expect from hj.

Burgers are cold at Hungry jacks. Asked for a hunger tamer meal, large, and got the medium size. Whopper was cold. Bloke? Out the back, let alone the females, do not wear a hair net!

It's a pretty hard job to put 5 ingredients on a burger but these little guys and girls try hard. Hopefully employee of the month wins a thunder blanket. Stuffed up my order twice but what do you expect when you have 12 year Olds working the fryers and the only manager on is just a stonner finishing his arts degree. Not going to lie I will probably be back to eat here but that's only because I know I have a crippling drinking problem.

Burger patty dry and burnt on the edges, didnt give our onion rings we ordered kids meals probably done before the main meals as they were luke warm at best.

Told me to go to the waiting bay, didn't bring my food. When I went inside they gave me half my order and walked off. When I could finally speak to someone, they tried to finish my order but gave me the wrong items.

Not a very clean resturent. Letfover food are kept for a long time without getting removed.

Staff is not keen on keeping tables & floor clean.

Service quality: average, nothing to complain

Worst customer service. Went today to buy extra longs. 3 burgers were ok 4th one was a different bun. If you are out of bun let the customer know. They don't even hand out the receipt which is a mandatory. Learn how to serve to the customers.
