45min wait in the drive thru. Car park design terrible largely due to lack of space. Burger was good though hence the extra star.

Asked for grilled chicken no tomato add cheese and fresh. Got grilled chicken with tomato no cheese and stake/cold. Come on.

It's Fast Food so I can't give better than 3 stars. Taste is good and they are quick when I order inside. Never get enough beetroot on my Aussie burger, unfortunately.

I had a chocolate milkshake it was delicious and a cheesy cheeseburger also yum with chips, some of the chips seemed to not be cooked enough but overall delicious!

If you feel like having a midnight food run. There's always this Hungry Jack. Its drive through is always open and the service is pretty fast. Slight problems would be that sometimes they might forget to add the extra ingredients you ask for and paid for, or that when you ask for a heavy peri peri on your burger they only give you a tiny bit sometimes.

But apart from those annoyance, it's a pretty decent place with nice customer service and you don't have to wait too long for food

Burgers are becoming messy, keep forgetting spl instructions even after repeating 3-4 times when ordering drive thru. Very bloody freakin messy burgers they are making these days. Seems whoever is on the line and assembling burgers, is very frustrated. He/she shouldn't be there.

The worst the service there is the worst, i went to a drive thru and they told me too wait for the food at the parking lot and I waited there for like 20mins.

Don't say your open 24hrs if thats not the case. Waited 15mins in the drive thru only to realise no one is even there!

I asked for large chips. I received chips that were cold, too much salt and not a full packet. Very disappointing.

It was around midnight on Saturday night on our way home. Drive thru is open 24 hrs so there's always a line but it's fine, it moves at a good pace. Everything was good except the food was like thrown together. I had a chicken royale burger meal small and the bun was over toasted, the mayo covered about 1 5th of the burger. I mean, it's one of the smallest burgers on the menu and I can't get decent mayo to burger ratio? Anyway, overall my burger was dry, chips were great hot fresh tasty and coke drink was fine. Must say the lady taking the drive thru orders and handing over was great. It was nicely refreshing to hear efficient, clear and friendly customer service and she got our order correct right away. My man said his food was fine. Generally this HJs is my go to so and it's great so I'll be back to give it another try and maybe I'll ask them to put a reasonable amount of mayo to ensure maximum mayo to burger ratio is achieved

Wanted the breakfast menu. In the drive thru at 5.55am and told that they couldn't do breakfast? Really!

Went on a second occasion and took 10 minutes to bring out our food.

Quick drive thru service, but driving through the Parking lot and exiting the drive thru is weird

Great service, great food. They made a mistake with my order, but they quickly fixed it. Will definitely go back.

Burger was almost cold. The " 4 slices of bacon" on the Bacon Burger I bought, were less than one rasher of bacon sliced into 4 small pieces. Since I last went into Hungry Jacks, prices are up and sizes are down. For many years it was my favourite place fo a Burger.

Worst customer service. Don’t know how to talk to customers. Rude service. The food is good but the way of receiving and serving the customer is also equally important in my opinion. Felt really offensive. I don’t recommend at all and would never and ever visit the store. Thank you

Stuff took forever that I had a shake voucher expire and my order was completely wrong. It's not that hard to be polite doesn't cost you guys a thing

Quick fast as you want room fast food. I don't eat this food often but its yum when I do. The staff are super friendly xx

All is good but the female staff who work today 9/10/2020 around 8: 30pm with a long hair and tan skin. This girl was very rude. Told me ‘I gave you your food’ and gave me a gaze like leave? When I got home One of my 6pcs nuggets were missing? So rude. I said thank you and she walked away?

Below average hungry jacks, toilets aren't the cleanest at times, entry and exit is ridiculous, some staff are okay but some staff shouldn't have jobs there, need better training, visited 3 days ago and they were out of jumbo cups, drive through is very small and most times they only use the second window for paying and collecting, only go here if needed
