Always reliable, they actually manage to get my large orders correct.
Staff are friendly and restaurant is clean.

Service is dreadful. The workers at the drive thru don’t get your order correct. Has happened multiple times. Ice cream is always watery, never creamy like usual. M&m’s all old and stuck together. Ice creams not made nice and if you ask or pay for heavy topping they never do it. Foods always cold and yuck. One of the managers is the rudest you could ever get out of a manager, enough to put you off for the day or ever going again. Extremely disappointed and upset. Multiple times I’ve had to go back through the drive thru countless of times because there was something wrong.

The food was really good and well made at this hungry jacks. Better then some I've been too. They did try to rush us at the drive through.

I find it the place needs a bit of looks after inside needs a bit of painting it looks a bit rundown sorry

They keep screwing up my orders and today I ordered and by the time I got home I noticed they forgot stuff so I had no time to complain

If you're going through the drive thru always check your order before driving of, a few times I've had an item missing and if paying by cash always check your change and ask for the receipt as they have short changed me on several occasions.

Busy place and generally tidy. Reasonable parking. Food is ok, but I wish the Whoppers were warmer!

Great service, great food and pretty quick service. Don't be put off by the number of people at the counter as lots of people were UberEats drivers waiting for orders.

Certainly the best chicken nuggets of any chain. Staff seem a little too self engaged for me. My Angus was clearly a recook. They replaced it.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for 3 BBQ cheeseburgers and some chips.it was busy, but only 3 cars in front.

The food was stone cold and inedible.

Horrible experience. Will not return.

Honestly I have been to this hungry jacks maybe like 8 times and every single time I’ve been there they forget half of my order. It’s so frustrating getting home and seeing that there are so many items missing. There’s been a few times I had to complain about having missing food and they always give me so much attitude for complaining but I don’t wanna waste my money. The burgers are always fresh and really good though!

Ift here were no star selection i would not have selected even one.i was given burnt burgers through drive through had to wait 20 minutes iafter i had initially ordered via app reached home saw the burgers went back to the store inside the manager was extremely rude i think her name was megan i think she was unapologetic how can hj have managers like this the staff just does not care if this is a franchise hungry jacks is screwed please go else where for burgers burgetory is a much better choice would recommend even maccas see the photos attached have already complained on the hj website and app and have had no response

Yeah, sick one Hungry Jacks Werribee. Beyond meat burnt to a crisp on one side. Not edible. Clearly messed up cooking and served it anyway, awesome.

I ordered a chicken burger classic. It came out as a thin ironed layer of chicken with a leather texture. With one slice of tomotto and very little lettuce. Mayonnaise was everywhere accept on the salad.
It was really discussing. And the chips was Left over, reheated & burnt.
But guess what! It came with a free glass.
I wish I could find a place to complaint. I wish we had a law that we could take them to court and sue them.

At the end of the day it's hungry jacks, the only complaint is that they usually get something wrong with my order

I ordered 2x dbl whopper with cheese meals, what I received was 1x dbl whopper meal, 1x whopper meal,
Burgers were cold, coke was flat.

Good for this time of oour lives staff were communicative even though covid normal i snto yet fully established in our society

I had a free birthday whopper from the app. One of the staff member in Werribee said we can't change to chicken or vegan as it was beef. However Nipun was very helpful and gave me the option of vegan or veggie burger. I was happy to take the options as it made the start of my birthday great.

HJ are always the best but this place needs more staff after 3pm (after school peak time). You wait 10min at the drive through!

Service very very poor 99per of staff were making up orders for drivers and very little service for people in the shop.once again very very poor I will never go back if this is the way they are going to carry on this vain
