What a selection of burgers — the ads don't lie! I had a Chicken Royale for $3 and it was delish, I felt like royalty (parden the pun). I will be back again, perhaps to try a beef burger? Only time will tell. See you soon, Jack (Hungry).
Waited 40 mins in a drive thru. When home to find out a missing order. Came back to pick it up. Went back home to find the nuggets were not cooked well. No apology from the staffs for the 40 mins wait and for the missing order. Had been a regular customer for a long time but just hate it now.
We was waiting 50 min for 3 burger and 6 nuggets.the staff was not too professional like they just don't care if you have to wait and when I ask them where is my order they just couldn't answer me so was shit just don't go here!
Pretty good, but food freshness is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes fresh, sometimes not. But - it’s a fast food place.
Got food poisoning off a cold burger. This is the worst Hungry Jacks I’ve been to! Food and staff are horrible!
Rarely is the order correct, hash browns always oily and somehow stick to a non-stick bag. Recently refuse to let me pay more money to upgrade to a large drink if you are purchasing a voucher deal.
Pretty standard Hungry Jack's experience.
But I have been a few times and they have never messed up my orders, which has happened at just about every other store I've been to. So that's a positive!
The staff are always polite and there's never too much of a wait for your order, 24 hour drive through is also a bonus!
It was not good experience. I got Sunday icecream in shake and win. When I go for avail my Sunday, staff was telling me that their machine is not working.
Good fast service. Sometimes components of your order are missed, neglected or forgotten. Otherwise it's great.
