Very narrow drive through, it does cause damage to vehicle rims. Good location. The drive through lane needs to be widened, it's a major issue

We had a takeaway lunch. It took so long to get our order cause they were not working in a coordinated way. The onion rings were ready much before the burger was done. The drinks had been poured in the glasses even before the onion rings.

Both the servings of onion rings had gone totally damp by the time we received our food. We had chosen to add 2 salts to onion rings but found out there was none.

Instead of a spoon, they placed a straw for the sundae. The burger was okay though.

Not happy at all.

Ordered a double angus burger, ended up getting a single patty burger.my coke zero is just coke.missing a straw when i especially asked the indian chick if there’s straw inside. Long time customer here. Just pure disappointment.

After a massive lockdown, I forgot how good Hungry Jack's were. The chicken burger was freshly fried and was stacked properly, it wasn't just slapped together. I was really surprised with the drive through. I'd recommend this store

Worst service ever. Teach your staff about your application your application showing pickup at counter. Tried to go in to store from main door all locked and lady at drive through door was very rude

The food is generally very good, they aren't sloppily thrown together and they've only ever given me a wrong burger once, something I can live with.

The main loss of points though is the speed humps. They are far too steep. Even driving as slow as possible it feels like I'm driving up and down a curb; there is no way they could possibly be up to regulation. Speed humps for safety are fine, but those ones are just malicious.

I often choose KFC across the road instead simply because I care about my car's suspension rather than any personal preference of fast food.

I am so shocked when I received the burgers, I choosed all the options but get nothing, if you don’t want to serve to customer just do not take the order, that’s the worst service I have ever had before.

Its a joke of a service, I ordered a Hunger Tamer box with extra nuggets and Sprite on Uber and they shamefully sent a Uber bag with a friggin Coke and a promotional glass. What kind of a sick joke is this? Like it boggles my mind how you could do this kind of a mistake.

They were out of big jacks, mega Jack and even chicken wraps… We ordered 3 spicy crispy chicken burgers on the commercial we saw and they weren’t spicy AT ALL… they didn’t even have the sauce.

Garbage service

They do a better job than most HJ franchises I've been at where they dump heaps of sauce and the burger is falling apart out of the box.

Burgers are reasonably well put together and serving sizes were on point.

Just ordered a rebel whopper and the patty was over cooked and tasted like cardboard.
To be honest the whole meal was average

I ordered an Oreo Storm with Caramel sauce tonight and they hooked me up good. It was the best presented storm I’ve ever had, exactly like pictures

Went around 6: 30 pm, made my order in my car to then get my whole order wrong and missing 3 items as they told me wait at the waiting bay. The girl left without even waiting for us to check the order. Was not busy at all!

Terrible service, massive wait time, seems to favor uber deliveries over people that are waiting in the store. Staff don't seem to care if people are waiting for 30 mins plus. Absolutely terrible service.

Hi i just visited there few minutes ago to pickup the order. A girl came outside and asked my order number after that no one came outside I wait for 30 minutes then i canceled order. This happens everytime while i go there froM now onward i will definitely not visit there. Crazy

I just don't have any words.extremely rude and disgusting manager's behaviour just threw me off my mind! Her name is (Hiran**) as I saw on her name badge on her uniform. I went to order my meal and there she is very angry and rude to everyone in the store even to her workers.she was screaming the hell out of costumers and I thought I was living in a corrupt place for a minute. Please don't be rude to costumers and stop screaming.extremely rude and some language wasn't quite nice.

This store has never got "angry onions" in stock. Also, if you are after customising your order, please don't waster your time. As you will end up paying extras, but will be served with a regular meal. This has been happening to me in the last three months. Hence, started going to Hungry Jack's Moorabbin - good service so far.

Food is good but they take forever to prepare your drive through order especially when you do some customization (nothing big) on your burgers.
