Hungry Jack's Oakleigh

Terrible experience. On wednesday the 18th of August 21 I ordered late for a meal. The food quality was horrendous, I had to report the restaurant for unsafe food practices. Also I had contacted the restaurant. 5 attempts and finally an answer only to get unprofessional customer service and then prank called from the restaurant 3 times before I blocked the number. The person working should be fired.

Burgers are better here than any maccas, even though I just had two small big Mac meals at lunch for $9 on the app. Whoppers are always satisfying. Service is good. Food turnover is quick and drive through service is great. The narrow drive through is meant to slow drivers around the restaurant. Chips are crispier here than maccas.

Sucks. Took an HOUR to try deliver. When I call HJ, they don't even answer at Oakleigh, they just conveniently have an answering machine.
Ended up cancelling after 65 mins of waiting. Never again.

I only got a cheese burger from here at 3am. Was delicous, left me wanting another flame grilled burger. 100 percent recommend.

Nothing special, what you expect from a fast food chain. Bit of a longer wait in drive Thru these days due to Menulog drivers not going Into the store. It ends up clogging up the drive thru.

Waited over 20 mins just to get my food inside the store this morning. Only one person got served in that time.

Multiple people gave up waiting and walked out without being served.

I generally go here to pick up veggie burgers. Drive-thru is usually not crowded and you can go in and out in about 8-10 minutes depending on what you have ordered, else wait time is usually 10-15 mins till your order is ready. Good for a quick pick up. I have never had an 'eat-in' at the restaurant. But have not seen that place crowded or with a queue.

Really bad customer service at drive thru. I was just trying to get some information that I couldn't understand from the employee at the window and he simply ignored it multiple times without even apologising.

Very bad experience. Long queue. Food wasn't that fresh and too slow service. Only one person on counters and there were 15 ppl waiting for their food. They were only giving priority to drive thru. We then requested to cancel over order which they did not even make it. We were told no they won't refund money and we have to wait. Very frustrating.

I went there at 1am 26 june and there was a girl. She was very rude and very angry on customers because there was a long que in drive thru. She didn’t deserve working here if she can’t talk to customers politely. I said to her u cant talk to me like this be polite and she was like making weird faces.

Actually, I have always preferred Hungry Jack's. First tasted their Yumbo in Brisbane 35 years ago. Flame grilled. Can't beat the taste.

BUT, and it's a big BUT, their customer service has frequently really sucked when compared with the big M plastic food place, where I've admittedly had more than one breakfast.

Tonight, the food at Hungry Jack's Oakleigh was excellent - AND so was the service. Hats off to management and staff. Food is made to a universal formula, and it was really really good, but service is very local. Congratulations HGO, I'll be back. And I recommend you get there.

The girl at drive thru on 27 may 2019 at 11pm was extremely rude. She had no respect for the customer at all. I tried to avail shake and win offer from Hungry Jacks app and she started behaving rudely without any reason at all.

Save your money and invest in dog food! At least some care went into it. Cold fries, flat coke and ice cold burger! Fyi angry whoppers don't have pickles guys!

Finally fast-food that comes fresh, tasty and with good service. Unlike the maccas and kfc in the area.

Disgusting! Get with it guys I thew my cheeseburger out it smelt off, toilet a mess and very slow service.

The staff was not friendly at all they are rude and inexperienced too. Especially the girl on the register name Angel she took the order and gave me the wrong burger and when i ask her to fix that she starts arguing. She was very rude to me that was a really bad experience.

Service was SO slow, they got our order wrong, and once we fixed the problem the food was DISGUSTING (even by fast food standards).
I ordered a chicken avo wrap and the sauce was bitter, the bacon was completely cold and was as tough as leather, there was one shred of soggy lettuce, and the chicken was lukewarm, stringy and tasted old. I had to throw it all out.
It's not all bad though - at least I'm forever off Hungry Jack's fast food now! Thanks guys.

This branch is consistently getting orders orders wrong.the staff need to pick up their game because it’s getting really frustrating that i have to make 2 trips to get the correct order.

Been waiting 10 minutes in drive thru while countless other cars have got food before me no happy at all

Bought 4 meals this morning, had to wait 5-7 min for my order. Went to work and realised that the drumsticks are short.so inconvenient
