I had to explain my order few times and still didn't get it right. I asked for straw but didn't get it. Asked agin and the girl angrily gave it. I said no ice but got the wrong drink with ice. Asked for napkins but the girl just ignored me. I had to blow the horn to get her attention.

Staff don't even listen the order properly and they rude too, I told the staff to don't add cheese in the burger but they did and when I ask for replacement the just took the cheese out from the burger and give it back to me rather making a new one.

1st time:
The food was amazing the sour watermelon was the best until this happened.

2nd time:
We were waiting for our order and then, they had said ‘they run out of sour watermelon drink, ’ after someone went through the drive through and had the same drink. This was totally unacceptable; they even forgot the diet coke and the extra drink that they were supposed to call out but they didn’t. They finally had the diet coke and the manager or worker named ‘NOOR’ THROUGH US THE DIET COKE AND FORGOT THE STRAWS. This was totally rude. Everyone else wasn’t having a problem except for us. This was a huge disappointment and was very bad during the ‘UNO’ card time. MAKE SURE TO FIRE THE ASIAN AND THE GIRL NAMED ‘NOOR’

Ordered food through drive through and was told to go and park in the waiting bay. When driving out of the drive through all waiting bays out the direct front were occupied so we parked at the waiting bay directly to the side of the building on the opposite side of the drive through. After waiting nearly10 minutes someone comes to bring us our food, telling us we have parked in the wrong location despite the waiting bay being signed. Once we brought this to her attention she responded very rudely "Well next time you need to park over there because we never check this bay". We explained that they were full and no spots where they are normally checked were available. By the time we got our food it was extremely cold. The buns on our whoppers were also stale.

Every time I go there they are missing something. I ordered a family bundle with extra cheese burgers but I didn’t get the extras. This was happened for the 3 rd time continually. And the food is not hot enough. I am so disappointed with there service.

So disappointed with the time they take in the drive through. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get two breakfast burgers.

Very rude closed doors before closing hours had to call my nan so she could drive me through drive through the manager was very rude to me and the person in front I’m in the wating bay and have been waiting for so long 0/10 NEVER COME HERE I’m in the waiting bay writing this right now my food is taking so long to get to me I had the time to write this so never some here

One of the recently built HJ outlet in and around Cranbourne, especially a dedicated one for Clyde community.

Plenty of parking spaces available outside. HJ outlet is right next to C407 road and so easily accessible.

Staffs are nice, kind and polite. Cleanliness is excellent and plenty of spots to sit and dine in.

Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for our meal to be brought to the waiting bay and they forgot our coffee!
Then got home and opened the bag and the double sausage muffin ordered was open and half the fillings were scatted through the bag, it also had no cheese and had extra egg instead! After waiting so long for our meal one would think it would be fresh but it was stone cold and absolutely disgusting!

Great Hungry Jack's.always kept tidy.nice sitting areas inside.staff are usually very quick and precise with orders. Drive thru is easy to navigate.

Unfortunately everytime I go I'm always seeming to be missing a fair few items. I am always told to park (I have 6kids) so I do have a fair few orders. But I'm always waiting 10-20 minutes. I would maybe suggest someone to check all bags before they're sent out. Other then that great service. Just lacking in the checking and fulfilling order department

Pathetic!
Burgers looked like they where 5 days old.cold and stale.
Weekend staff are pathetic.never had an issue with you guys at all untill today

Waited in waiting bay for cold burgers and the young lady kept telling me what I wanted instead of waiting and listening to my order also trying to upside cheese on burgers maybe should of gone with that might of got hot burgers family meal blunder

If you’re looking for FAST food, avoid this joint at all costs! I’ve stopped for breakfast here 3 Sundays in a row and but each time it has taken them over 10 mins to get me my meal. If they were busy, I might understand. But there’s barely anyone here yet here I am yet again fkr the 3rd Sunday in a row.waiting in the drive-thru lane for over 10 mins. You’ve ben warned.

Staff were friendly.however food was overcooked and dry, toilets were dirty and the outside bins were overflowing with HJ rubbish.and the crows were having a feast!

First and last visit. Dirty, food on tables, seats and floor, nobody seemed bothered to wipe them or clean up. Ladies toilet door didn't lock. Very disappointed, expected better being a new store. Mask policy clearly written on notices but people with no masks were being served without question.

Good service, clean restaurant. Chips perfectly cooked/salted, burgers tasted alright but very messy/sloppy (I get it, it's fast food). Missus had the sticky date pudding and highly rated it.

Appalling service and food quality.
After waiting for 10 minutes for a simple order, it comes back completely wrong. Nothing that I had ordered. I then had to wait even longer to FINALLY get what ordered in the first place. When I got back home to eat it, chips were unsalted and burgers tastes like dirty oil, not to mention BURNT nuggets.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Placed the order twice at the drive thru speaker, then again at the first window, then again at the second window, and they still managed to get it wrong. I had to go in and basically reorder it all again! Terrible service effort!

Trade I go there quiet often and every time they will make me wait in the parking. Hire more people
